Depends on who the stem cell is for - herself or another child. It didn’t say SHE was sick. And thank you! I…
I went back and re-watched that scene. The dr says "we haven't found any donor....who's a match for you yet." Unless it's a translation/subbing error, it would seem they are talking about SJ herself.

Apparently JD has her mom’s phone and SJ has KS’s phone. Can’t wait to see how that happened. 🙄 I just…

Sheesh. They continue to charge along into I-have-no-idea-what.

-I liked YJ standing up to SJ. Good for you! I almost felt like Sher wrote her lines in that scene!

-I also found it interesting that she never bothered to call her sister in Canada. Hmmmm
-And of course, he won't move out. That was a pipe dream for all of us. I guess SJ told JD to resist everything and that MR was the fault of everything. I know she's a kid, and her mom is brain-washing her, but she can't even keep an open mind??? With everything MR has done for her?
-It still pisses me off that the Ok family is being kept in the dark. WTF??? For God's sake, KS, tell your kid, FINE, YOU STAY HERE, I'LL MOVE OUT. How spineless is this guy??????
-It was hard to see such a disheartened DH walk away. How will he earn enough to be a homeowner to get his woman? HDF to the rescue?
- HR knows something is going on.....JD-Day will be this Friday!!!

And the end-scene. So, she comes to SK in hopes of finding a better donor-match. OK, makes sense. They make it seem like it never occurred to her that a family member is the obvious choice? That seemed to me to be a VERY odd conversation with her Dr. The family is always the first choice w. bone-marrow/stem cells. I'm not sure who the better match is? Per google, it's a sibling, but in Dramaland?????
We still don't have all the pieces in this puzzle.

2-1/2 weeks left -we aren't going to see closure . Who was KS’s mom? Did GC really stop trying to take the company?…
More unanswered questions:
Is KS CR's son? What is KS future role at HDF? Will DH reunite with his mobster friends to get enough money quickly to buy a house for Aunty Ding (in other words, will his history repeat itself)? Will the truth be exposed about the phony suicide? Who was James Kim?

They should have renamed this show "LOOSE ENDS"because that's what they'll leave us with.

This show has gone from a hot mess to ridiculous. Between MaHD fake fainting again and SJ putting JD up to being…
Loelha, I think the difference for me is that TRHC makes me angry and this one just frustrates me.
TRHC, for whatever reason, deliberately took a left-turn and changed the entire story of the back 1/3 of the show. Whether this was planned all along or not, who knows? But they took characters we'd grown to love and changed them so much, and put them in stupid situations, all the while promoting the villians. Speaking for myself, I feel betrayed.

AOME, on the other hand, is simply ineptly done. It's hard to believe they kept KS the same sorry excuse of a man, the whole show. He's your ML, for goodness sake! We knew all along that SJ would come back, it was the whole point of the drama - how would KS & MR marry and unite after she showed up? But for them to run out of time in a 121 episode drama is INSANE. Like Sher says, we wasted 40+ episodes - I don't begrudge the JH/MR storyline, but it should have been minimized, because the bottom-line is that nothing of note happened during all those months we watched the show. There was ample time to include all these story arcs and still give us 2 - 3 episodes of what their married life would have been like and a timeskip into the future. Now, if they try to do that, it will so unbelievable that we'd just end up shaking our heads.

KS does not deserve to be rewarded with MR. I hope they don't do it, but they will. He should be stuck with that conniving SJ , who'll run his life as she sees fit until she finds a new toy to play with and dumps him again. To me, that is the most believable and fitting ending for this show. For him to be stuck being a caregiver to a now-elderly MIL and ungrateful college-student daughter who he rarely sees.

Both of these shows leave me feeling "what could have been" but for different reasons.

EDIT - I just read the comments below and haven't seen today's previews! YIKES.

This one with Ueehttps://youtu.be/H08nxiWukYU?si=FHohyhjfbybHSWly
I normally do the same. I wait about 5 or 6 episodes before testing the waters. The opening episodes of weekenders always seem confusing and disjointed to me because I don't understand the characters. I went against my habits with TRHC and started watching this from Ep 1. But even waiting wouldn't have helped us with this one, Fullybaked. Because it was great until the late 20s, more than half-way thru. We were tricked and trapped.

tbf, this article is old as balls when the show and story had still direction and purpose and had all the potential…
Out of morbid curiosity, I watched a couple of the final episodes of YLAG, as supposedly their 'happy ending' episode was so good.
What struck me, if I understand this right, is that the main villianess was punished by killing her unborn child (miscarriage). Which seems to have really pissed off the remaining fans - "how is killing an innocent baby a fair thing to do"?

So I wonder, will SJ's punishment be seeing her father die? Another innocent death laid at her feet because of her uncaring behavior and the stress she caused her father? Would they go YLAG-style here too?

Honestly, the fact JH wanted to take her drinking made me think he wanted to get her drunk and take advantage…
And he likes hard liquor. I doubt she's ever had anything stronger than Soju or beer. A beer at a convenience store patio is a nice casual outing. I guess he's not a beer drinker, though.

She has great kisses in jugglers. That’s my favorite drama of her
I'll keep an eye out for 30 days, that sounds cute. I only watch 1 daily and 1 weekender at a time, I get too confused otherwise.

Thank you, Ericka, I'm going to put Jugglers on my to-watch list, since it's only 16 eps. I just need a little space from YeonDoo first.

She is almost unrecognizable (and MUCH prettier) in that proposal scene from the other series. Between her hair and what appears to be a much fuller face, she really is a beautiful woman.

Ericka, I watched all the clips you posted. She is SO different in those older shows. What strikes me is the connection/chemistry she had with her leads then. There is only the slightest sense of that here with AJH. I'm speechless.

God Almighty I watched Ep. 46 subs for the Joon-ha scenes (actor Jung Eui Jae is doing great) but was so pissed…
This show has me hallucinating by now, but I could SWEAR he mentioned something to SeJin waaay back about being raised in an orphanage. I'll be darned if I'm going back and re-watch all their scenes from when he returned, though.

I know it was late, thus too late for dinner. But take her out for dessert somewhere. Even an ice cream parlor would be nice. I know they're adults, but drinks for a first 'date'? ummmmmm NO.
