I woke up at 3 this morning and while trying to fall back asleep, wrote a really great posting in my head for here about him & her and what to do. Of course, when I woke back up, I've completely forgotten most of it, LOL! Sigh. After 3+ days of thought, I've determined the following and am not going to think about it anymore until Saturday: She is a flake - let her be; He needs to move on and find someone better. Their relationship as is, is not sustainable. Now, we both know that won't happen. I'm really curious to see if the writers can pull a rabbit out of their hat and give us a BELIEVABLE means for them to reunite as a couple. They've got some time left to do it...please don't screw this up and suddenly give us another time jump where everything is hunky-dory!
It truly was one of the strangest things in this series. Why they gave a speaking role and airtime to someone…
I wish it was true. I really think her story needs to be settled too. Either she gets married, or gets a job in a big company like she's wanted. I really wonder about the message KBS sends with characters like hers (and DW in THRC) who study hard and really try to get a job and repeatedly fail. That is NOT a message I think is appropriate.
I just realized, that should DH marry Aunty Ding, little Dong would be his nephew! I've gotta think that if they keep them together, Big Dong will 'disown' her and this will be the break she needs from the manipulative men in that family. Or am I dreaming?
HOLY SMOKES! Just saw subbed 82. Where was this kind of writing for about 70 episodes???? This was a great ep from beginning to end. I don't understand MR's reluctance to speak her mind when they all sat together....it was just her family there, but you know, drama. Well done for KS & DH being able to hear it. I CANNOT WAIT until DH grabs that runt by the collar. Little Dong, you picked the wrong grizzly bear to tick off. I just wish he grabbed him a few inches higher.....by the neck. And shook him a bit, you know, just to improve brain circulation in the Dong's head.
Secret video of the writer after reading the comments on MDL for episodes 33 and 34... https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/08fa2e58-7c3e-47bc-9c53-fa392f969b9f/gif
How has it been so far, compared to The Real Has Come, which is better?
They're 2 completely different types of shows, so it's hard to compare. THRC was really interesting and fun, but the last 2 episodes are causing a lot of grief in the community so proceed at your own caution as we don't know what's in store there. For this show, watch the 1st 10 eps to get a feel for the characters, then skip to about ep 70 like Sher said above and pick up the show. Nothing really happens between ep 10-70.
it’s going to be funny to watch MIL watch her plans to keep KS go down the drain. 😂
I hope Loelha is right, only because I want the MIL to realise that KS was too good for SJ all along. And that her daughter was a fraud and the MIL would have to apologize to KS, and let him marry MR with her blessings. This all goes back to the question of does she come back voluntarily (Sher's scenario) or is dragged back (Loelha's).
Can I have two of them. 1. JD and JP caught dating? by Hye ri or Sooji?2. MR getting to find out that DH has the…
So we know tomorrow (Thursday) per the previews that DH is at the convent asking the Abbess if she's his daughter. I don't know if she's allowed to tell him or not, but this places him at the orphanage sometime Thursday. Do they drag the day out to allow for MR to get there as well, into Friday's show?
This is the part of the series I'm really looking forward to. I'm curious how they will handle him telling her that he's her Dad. And her reaction. (actually I'm kinda dreading her reaction) and I can guess that scene where he tells her and she has that deer-in-the-headlights MiRae face on her is where the Episode ends. Just not sure if that is this Friday or Next Friday, but guessing how major a cliffhanger it is, I'd be amazed if they don't do it for a Friday ep.

Thank you. My main experience has been with historical dramas, so after only about a half-dozen family/dailys I'm no authority on the matter. But I've never seen any character go against type so much as I have here. Given the level of intelligence the writers have shown, and thier seeming understanding of the characters, I am struggling with what to do with YD and TK as if they were my kids as well, given I'm their parents age. I find it ironic that the actress who plays BongNim was in a similar situation in IBN, where her youngest son & his girlfriend faked a relationship for monetary gain - a clear case of fraud. She was (just like InOk) very fond of the girl who reminded her of herself. While she was outraged and she did force them apart, she never lost concern for the girl and after a few months, eventually she went to her to reconcile as best they could. This scenario was in keeping with her character. What we're seeing here in this series for InOk is not like that. And I do think that BN & YD will reconcile, but they need a long talk before doing so. We know BN loves her daughter, and she's hurting as much as TK, just in a different way; she has trouble explaining her emotions because her temper gets in the way.
