Started interesting. Than I don't know what happened. The story is all over the place. I love Allen. But this drama is 👎
I just watched the ending like 10 minutes ago. Urgh disappointing. Such a waste of good actors time. I feel like Allen wasn't feeling his role. He looked bored 80% of the time.
I think he absolutely nails the evil guy role. His expression and the look in his eye just shows that he's up to no good in Scarlet Heart and Under the Power. The way he plays antagonist roles come up really natural and don't seem exaggerated at all. And in Lost Love in Times, he was also very convincing as a fatherly mentor figure. I've never seen him in a main role but his acting range and charisma really capture my attention.

Some of these cheap dramas have great potential tho. It's a good way to find new talented actors, even when the storyline is not that good. Also, if the story gets enough attention they can work on season 2 with higher budget. I found myself falling in love with the short drama The Queen of Attack and not long ago season 2 came out. I understand your opinion but it's always good to give it a chance.
Why so much hate? I liked it. First of all one shouldn't have such high expectations over mini dramas. They make use of their limited budgets. Don't complain about the ending as i definitely think that season 2 will come out. Maybe ML is a lost prince or something. So, they took him back to the palace. We can clearly see a guard or someone following him in the last 2 episodes.
I liked mainly because of the ML, he is a pretty, playful, silly boy that acts like was straight out a anime. A very silly and ridiculous drama, the way I like :P
One of the more better, tolerable, and smooth flowing web dramas. Transitions are solid, as in they don't suddenly cut then onto a different scene which is good. I only got up to ep. 14 before dropping it soley b/c i wanted to watch something else, might pick it up again if im really out of things to watch..
