I came here again; sorry I can't get over the news of his passing. After the Covid quarantine, my daughter is watching a Chinese drama in Netflix and telling me the story, so I watched with her. Because we are watching Chinese drama it recommends another Chinese drama. That is when I saw a clip of Yu Meng Long and Yang Mi (Eternal Love). I don’t know but he caught my attention. I was intrigued by the costume because I hadn’t seen any costume drama before. Also, I never seen an ASIAN Fantasy drama and these all first to see beside from my kids watching Disney Princesses. I can say by watching other culture dramas I learned quite a bit. I was proud of Chinese drama because of their strictness and censorship comparing to other cultures. But also discovering the dark side of it. The dark side which the actors and actresses go through. They really looked good on the screen but went through a lot of challenges and ugly roads. Like embroidery, the front looks good, but the back has a lot if knot and crosses entanglement. I hate to say these actors and actresses are being used. They are the pretty faces and all the uglies are working behind them. Well, I can say Yu Meng Long; is one of the reasons I watch Chinese drama.
This is so heart breaking, my first fantasy C-drama was The Legend of White Snake, I got hooked by fantasy/Xianxia because of Yu Meng Long and Ju Jingyi and started watching every Xianxia since then, You just portrayed Heavenly Emissary on Feud that made me happy to see you again even the short exposure, C-drama will never be the same without you đź’”
Someone explain the reset button to me again especially now so he dies in 15 but comes back to life in 16? So…
It's not XQS who is able to reset Himself or restart...Isn't it the system ? The system said "you can't quit or leave until the 'main mission' is complete''
I haven’t yet watched all the aired episodes, but from my understanding, the real antagonist of this drama is the Mastermind behind the Magic Codex (who also happened to get transmigrated into the novel)...The system already told him in the earlier episodes that XQS is forbidden to reveal key plot points, if he does,first time It's a warning, 2nd time It'll kill him (thus he dies in ep 15) & As he can't really leave until he completes ''main mission", the system /Mastermind will find ways to reset him. LSF stealing him from the coffin & saving him with the pills or whatever is just Mastermind's way to reset him into the storyline.Mastermind most likely knows MingMing's identity (he is probably a reverse transmigrant) explains why XQS's mother looks like MingMing's Mother... The Reset, When the first time it happened, Mingming/XQS wakes up & finds out his 3 dorm mates/real life friends are in the faces of XQS's sworn brothers (which i think is deliberately done by the system to make him have some 'inspirations' bcz he was too like a salted fish/uninterested to complete missions or doing anything , he was practically trying to run away before he got killed for the first time & had a reset)
Remember in the trailer, Li chenzhou tells XQS that it wasn’t him or the power gang who killed his xiao family (happening in tomorrow's ep?) , the mark left by the killer was shown in his hand,and there was the word "reset" written in red line,in English. That's also the first time XQS realizes,there's someone else beside him who happened to get transmigrated into the novel.
Still Gulnezer’s character feels like a guest not the second female lead. Plus don’t reply to me and say it’s an ML-centric drama I know that,the fact Tang Fang has more screen time than her is pissing me off 🤧

Why are they trying to romanticize an abuser? Someone that has tried to kill the FL multiple times??
