I stand for the team that loved this series bc I did too... I really loved how nicely it was paced and how eventful it was.
The only thing I'm sad for is the last episode... There definitely had to be something happening at GMMTV bc the ep was 35 minutes, very rushed and the time was filled in with off feeling BTS which GMMTV almost never does.
My problem is that they go for fan service too much. They rarely have characters dying, they never do bad endings, they rarely do angst etc... They play super safe with their dramas till you can see the pattern.
And they also do it with their non-BL shows so I personally don't feel that they "just milk" the BL fandom. On the other hand, just not to throw only shade, they always invest the budget and try to be unique with the plot settings, I'll give them that.
I haven’t started the series yet, but I’m interested to see if it’s something I think I would like, but…
Sadly, it's officially airing only on Viu, which is available just for Southeast Asia. In the rest of the world, you can either watch using VPN or use "unofficial" websites.
I'm so sad for the low rating. It's not actually bad, it's different and misunderstood. It's heavy on metaphores and symbollism and (for now) I believe they intend to confuse us. It's done in a very artistic style and even the way characters talk, it's almost theatrical. Definitely one of the most interesting takes on BL I've seen in a while. No wonder they didn't go for an international release.
Exactly, so frustrating for a grown woman to be "grounded" by her dad. I love LingOrm and the entire cast…
Plus the fact he can call her in sick and cancel all her activities so easily fo that is purely hilarious to me. I wonder if any other big capacity idol is able to do that.:D
Khun wan having to apologize to everyone but no one apologizing for their behavior? especially that old lady with…
They did come to apologize to her. I'm not sure if you're up to date with all eps but they first came to her shop to let her know they accepted her apology and apologized back and they also threw the little party as an apology as well, plus to make her asured she's a part of their circle now.
I hit play on this today bc I found myself missing my boys too much. I expected it to be heavy ad based and cringy as it's meant to be an ad but they made it light, cute and not so invasive, I'm actually impressed. A cute little watch for days you're missing Apo or Bas like I did, haha.
this is high quality bullshit... but the closest we will get to see Gap in a bl, and its not even a bl!! 😭😭😭😭...…
Y'all, search up the scenes of these two in The Secret of Us (a GL drama). They didn't have a proper romance we'd deserve but it gave much more BL than this.
