I would suggest consulting a professional if possible but start daily walks if you can't run yet, Make it a habit ( 3 - 5 Km ) daily walks will help you burn calories, Increase the walking distance in few weeks and Eat healthy, maintain a balanced diet and follow it. Make a long term plan for like 6 months and check your improvements daily.
