One of the episodes I have rewatched the most is episode five. I adore tbe interactions between the three siblings and the third aunt standing up for NiaoNiao. LBY telling off his family is always great as well.

The imperial coroner is a good one even though the budget was not very big. Very thought out story.

I always feel dissappointed when they pit girls against eachother because of men. Girls in this time period, although fake time, has enough expectations on them as it is. I get it that the FL needs some regular non villains causing trouble but it would be great with more historical dramas where young ladies get along. Wang Lin and Lou Li are brats and are only here as a hindrance. Hope we 2t to see them grow up later or at least taken down a notch. But Qiqi is great. So at least there is one.

Probably annoyed now that he finally saw the girl his favorite boy likes and still does not manage to interrogate her bc of LBY xD

No in ep 21 at the end they say he is the grandson of the marquis Huo. They dont mention the consort. 3rd prince is another guy played by Gao Han and he was not present in these episodes.

First engagement ended today in ep 21. Tomorrow LBY will propose.

It was really nice. I was surprised that there was a sort of rock ost randomly xD but they filmed the horse chase really cool. I guess this tower scene is the blue screen bts we saw when they were lying on the ground with blue people behind them.
