In the novel Xiyun becomes queen first. Lanxi is there. Then after repelling some invaders Lanxi goes home and Xiyun goes to him after a few months.

They go to Xiyun's home before they go to Lanxi's home in the novel.

So YWY family line never lives long, so HFX does not think that YWY should get to close to BFX because he is going to die soon anyway.

Love always complicates things in drama world, especially when you are royalty. So ML teacher basically don't want him to have anything that can get in his way to the throne.

I think the promos are mostly in China. Did you see those pictures someone posted of whole buildings and a bridge with pictures of Lusi and Yang Yang? But yeah more bts would have been fun.
There is one 5 min interview with Lusi and a 7 min interview with Yang yang up where they talk about the series on youtube. No subs yet. Lusi also did a livestream yesterday on Tencent so if you want to see her there you can, no subs there yet either though.

They have a marriage promise ceremony little more then halfway in which then gets interrupted. After that the war starts on a big scale so they do not have the actual marriage in the novel.

So BFX and HFX takes the imperial capital, but what they want is different. Lanxi wants to rule the world while BFX wants to live a carefree life for herself. So she decides to leave him. She comes back a few days later though and kidnaps him to be her husband. So Lanxi leaves the ruling of the world behind to be with his lady love. Huang Chao ends up being the next emperor.
As for the ML plot non of this stuff about his family is actually in the novel, we just see them for 1-4 chapters maybe. His other schemes are mostly in the novel though when it comes to getting more money.

She is revealed before Lanxi about 18 chapters in.

That's how it sounded to me. I hope we get some more info later on when BFX arrived at the sect. I like figuring out how old people are supposed to be.

There is yes. The reason for that happens towards the end of the novel. Nothing to do with his family that though.

Yes but his brothers does not really have a name in the novel if I remember correctly. But Lanxi does not like his family in the novel anyway, and he really does not like his dad.

He basically kills all his family XD We shall see how far they go in this series.

Being number 2 right behind TBW which has been airing for a few weeks is really good though after only having been on air for 3 days.

According to VLinkage it's a few points behind TBW at spot number 2 for yesterday.

Qiwu is not in any sect :) She is just part of a Feng clan from the same land as him.

I just find it really funny with him being that dress isn't that great xD I like the first dress a lot haha.
It was indeed nice that she made him noodles instead of Qiwu. I imagine they swapped it since it would have been very random with her new status as a minister to make him noodles.
Honesty is great yeah, I like that Lanxi is actually sharing here talking about his family. It would be nice if he could have a heart to heart talk with his oldest brother in the future as well.
