In the opening of chapter 2 Peat’s voiceover says as translated: "I wonder what that man’s sex taste like." I wonder if the translator even understands how that reads to some of to us? I’m sure it’s quite different in Thai. Love it if someone could tell me.
I’m enjoying this quite a lot. Not for the story which makes little sense, but for the chemistry between the leads. I find Wela very charming but why he’s the most popular host is beyond me. By looks only Khem has them all beat. I know this is a shallow comment but this is kind of a shallow show depicting a weird club with boys as hosts for a mixed clientele (!) . Sadly the aerial gymnastics we saw in the opener seem to have been forgotten by chapter 4 where I am at.
They still use the terms stand-in and stunt-man interchangeably. I wonder if that’s just translation or they actually do that in Thai filmmaking. Very confusing. It would be good if a Thai speaking member could tell me? But aside from that this is a very well down BL and I’m even warming up to Up.
