Maybe you should inform yourself before saying such rude things. Maybe where you live 17 is underage but there’s a lot of parts of the world where even 16 is not longer underage. Not just for dating.
I live in the USA and even here depending of the states it can range the ages I will give you an example I’m from California And here the age of consent is 18, in Nevada 16, Texas 17. In Korea is 20, China is 14 and Japan is 13. India is 18 and Philippines is 12.

Age of Consent meaning they can be sexually active with who ever they want older if they pick that.

This is acting and is by choice, the kissing too.

And before you say is not any of my business which is the usual, you posted something in the internet making it everyone’s business.
