Yeah I get that but when it’s a drama or movie or even secondary couples on books, if not spoken or said most viewers won’t feel it. That’s why they said the book or novel was better. When we read a book we know exactly what the characters are feeling because it spoke with their POV, in movies is with actions. So if you read the book firstly we say no wait she said more in the book, Like I love twilight books more than the movies because we got more of the feelings and descriptions in the books. They felt more emotional. Also maybe the actors don’t portray the feelings right.
I don’t judge what you say I just think we need more clarity in situations like this, because if he doesn’t say it we don’t know if he actually felt it. We know he cared for her but did he love her?

This was a recommendation by someone I talk to and she knows I love she loves him first (one sided, unrequited tropes. ) And even if I love that trope I also don’t like when the girl has no dignity what so ever to a point the whole drama is the girl begging the guy, like he kept pushing her away even leaving her on places but that persistent girl found her way to him. Like enough is enough he keeps saying no and not giving you your place, Revenge was more important than you.

So he does die and he never tells her he loves her, before anyone says he doesn’t need to say it. Sorry but we all need to hear it. He told her such mean things and saying is a privilege dying in your arms doesn’t equal to a I love you or I have always loved you. She did way more things for him than him for her.
So yes I’m pissed hahaha I stayed at 5 am everyday to watch the new release to not get a I love you at least.

Aaah Man I wanted to read the novel but from the synopsis we know they change a lot, the reason why he ran away from their argument because she said something that’s a big nooo and that she was dating Min Ju when she moved to Japan. I guess because korean producers and directos love romanticizing things and dislike morally Grey characters they didn’t want the female to look bad, so they prefer for the ML to look bad.

Angsty is to keep you at the edge of your seat, Love Between a Fairy and a Devil wasn’t second chance but first meet and it was angsty because they didn’t fell in love making it fluffy and cutesy right away, they had their struggles to go things to learn about one another, little by little they learn to love each other. She had someone who loved her and he had revenge to think of many things made it angsty and hard to be together. Slow burn and angsty. I don’t think I never said they would fall in love at first sight, I said people who just meet, people who learn little by little about one another. If you think about it more than half dramas are first meets and I don’t think you dislike all of them: is not so much about the trope but how it is executed. To me personally second chance not only on movies and dramas but books just makes me think of predicable. It’s mostly telling you all there is to know, SECOND CHANCE. Like you said is preference I rarely watch a movie twice because is predicable. My husband can watch the same movie like two times in the same month, I’m like why and how. I would lose interest.

Specially knowing she can do a normal voice her voice wasn’t as whiny when on Fairy and the devil she switch bodies with him or on the dark drama she did after. People may find it cutesy but if you think what is attached to it? Guys liking little girls voices? I won’t give more example because this is not the place to it but I could if given so much examples.

I would of prefer the jealousy trope, but I think the brother is gay and the guy that he wants to hook the sister with is his lover the male lead said something in the previous that made me understand that, so that is why he is also not jealous. Also he won't chase her until the brother stop being a spoil brat, and so far in the previews he still is.

You don’t find it interesting that’s a personal preference of yours. Are you calling most couples uninterested? The feeling of knowing a stranger, when for the first time you would go to a date, when you get used to his/her perfume. The first hug, first kiss, hand hold and the first time you made love! The every firsts. Second chance has already had their firsts and no reliving it like is the first time doesn’t count! They already had their first date, their first kiss etc etc. Second chance is comfortable 🥱, you already knows what triggers the others, you already know their sweet sexy spots that drives them crazy. Oh so exciting!!

I came to check how many episodes total because I found it so slow, slow like I wanted JX to see her again, but I get it is only 9 episodes out and 40 episodes total.
Also Why will they make JX bad (as seen in the trailers) looks like he really cared for YN.
From the bunch of Cdramas that came out this is the only one that caught my attention. I love Joseph (not so much the leading actress) but don’t know why it didn’t reel me in and kept me interested and the modern one Go Back lover I don’t get why they made it second chance when they will get back together right away. They should just made them interested strangers that just meet. More angst that way. Lost interest right away. Love in the Desert is not so new by now but only watching for the secondary couple.

I love the actors but I will wait. I can’t stand the idea of a open ending or sad ending. So if it’s sad I will only watch 5 but I will wait for the spoilers before continuing.

Loving episode 1 to 6, felt butterflies at every episode. But 7? Why are they trying to move into miscommunications and unnecessary drama when we already have him not even getting he likes her, so he is blinded. Or simply not willing to accept his feelings because of his past and feelings of responsibility for his brother, sister and mother. It’s too early to make us mad! Hahahha
