Nice, light story with a great meaning. FL is great and very beautiful. Her character is too nice ( the only thing I don't like is how she is holding everything on her back). ML is great too. Like them together. 35 episodes are too much for my taste, 24-28 would be perfect. At the beginning I didn't like FL's mother ( hate when parents are trying to control adult person and trying to push to unwanted marriage),but except her pushing to marriage thing, I love how her character was . Today 12 years between couples is not a taboo. So, I recommend the show. It's slow going. Enjoy!
Why? Well,1st, this is not a romance. From the beginning FL wanted to use and seduce ML! Where are the real emotions? ML was crying and seeing his deceased wife, but after an hour or two he was kissing the girl? How long passed , 3 months or 3 years , from wife's death?( I didn't have translation for that part)? 2nd, FL is a doctor, even if she made a mistake ( i am not defending her), her first impulse should be to help, and not to try to find a way to make a patients partner guilty. FL doesn't have even a little remorse (until the end)...Ok they made her character grow, but what about a small brain tumor? We have to guess whats happened.They shouldn't even start with it.They didn't say her behavior was affected by it. Her resignation? Lack of interest for medicine, personal feelings etc This could have been a great movie with a firefighter and a medical doctor, but instead it was a mess for nothing

But as I can remember, they have apartments in Shanghai and in the city where he was studying, right? His father was in a hospital, ML worked few jobs and rented a basement. Why he stayed in a basement?And apartment in SH was empty for years (wasn't soled or rented)?
As for the selling the rights, he also accept to work for them for 2 years. And why FLs problems were more important then hospital bills?! She has her family, if she needed help . We can say it was nice for what he's done for her, but as her bf, not husband,it was to mush.
dont wanna say that the last few episodes ruined it for me, but they kind of did. i skipped like half of them…
I am glad you like it, even tho you skipped some parts. I love every part, specially the last few episodes, They showed us some kind of reality, serious life and after everything that happened, they are not children (like they were when they came to academy). They needed to grow up.

Well, yes and no. At first FL is not interested in any romance, but in the middle of the show, ML will start to chase her. FL have affection for 2 ML, but whats she feels for him, its not love. Its better when you watch it, at the beginning they will show the parallel between 2 ML and one other character. I am trying not to spoil to much .. Anyway, drama is great .

I'm 32. And I find this show a waste of time. Is ok if something is parody and its funny, but when you're watching and in the same time you feel stupid just for spending time on such a thing with forced humor... We have a different taste ( some shows you dropped, I find it 10/10)
