From serious accusations they made a circus. With this reality they showed everyone that they don't care who's the victim and what is the truth....they just want to put a good show for their own interest. Well, that's nothing new. It's BOC after all . I don't expect nothing spectacular. Only purpose of this is for Build to say he's sorry for all the confusion and problems they (Poi and him)made . It's their private thing that has affected everyone, friends, family, actors, company and fans. So he will deal with it personally and in private. So he would say he decided to leave the company by himself. With that statement, BOC would be a good guy who didn't let him go (as it was his choice.... yeah, right) and all fans would be ok with that . So the truth is just not important as saving BOC's face. And as we know , there're 15 more boys under this agency. When something happens, and it will, as it a normal like 'good morning ' in BL industry, BOC would do the same to that actor...no matter if it's Jeff, Bible, Apo or someone else.
Protecting their employees is not their priority even if it's by the contract.

For God sake, revolting is blind trusting either side. There's no regardless if it's true or not. In forensic psychiatry the truth is just one. I understand that you want to sympathize with every woman/victim/person and that's fine.
As for the 2nd part, yeah, all of them are of legal age and will be responsible for their acts and mistakes. Here's the most problematic it lack of patience and jumping to conclusions before time.

First of all , not evey victim would stay with their abuser. That's a fact. If we have a victim, and it's staying in such surroundings, then thats one of the signals of mental health issue. Of course ,that person is not guilty for staying, but that definitely means she needs psychological help.
For full psychiatric evaluation, I would need to talk to her in person . But from this point and my professional experience i would say my working diagnose would be:
*F60.0 Disordo personae paranoides (excessive sensitivity to rejection and trial,warlike and excessive exercise of one's rights etc)
*F60.3 Disordo personae emotionalis instabilis (tendency to impulsive actions , obscure thinking, capricious mood, etc)
(Affective disorder and Borderline personally disorder ).
Of course, as I said, these are just the working diagnoses. And no matter in this case , if she's telling the truth(it's should be 50:50 chance ), she does show some of the symptoms for mental illnesses and needs a therapy.
Even laic ppl can se the deviation in her behavior.
