First of all, actors can't choose their partners on screen (aside private arrangements), that's the reason why casting exists! 2nd , it's not their life, it's their job... and every actor is popular while he has an audience! Asian fan culture can't be compared with any other, so you using other international actors and their fans as a reference,it doesn't drink water! Basic invested capital for production isn't the thing what brings them money. For God sake, if they stayed just with that , they would be working in loss. The real profit comes after publishing. So before you say someone 'fantasize', warm the chair and learn some basics about the industry you're talking about,before you say any more nonsenses! Ok , but as we know, (it's not a top secret) he is one of the shareholders (and we don't know in what procenat) not just appointed ceo. 3. For this part, i do agree, most of the contracts do have clauses...still they made a mistake (again), by pointing on him as guilty, even in the first announcement...and playing pingpong by taking sides. What public got were rumors, yet they still didn't tried to stand by the actor or by law. Once again unprofessional conduct (Pond taked a role of being a lawyer and the judge). 4. No, he wasn't a child, he was a teenager. And he was called out. But said and done are 2 different things. And in Thailand we can notice cultural difference, where even in a daily basis they gave a special place in normalizing deviant behavior. For his previous conduct he did publicly apologized. In present situation, even his attackers did the same and worse to him, end yet, their apology was more than enough. At that time I wasn't interested (neither am now) in those potential scandals of that actor (but if i find the source, I'll gladly share it). As that actor had 2 scandals ,as i recall it , both were just few weeks before Build's 1&2...Boc even share announcement about it without saying the actors name.
Being a new company can't be excuse for leak of professionalism. They can be pardoned for some little 'starting mistakes', but their managing goes way beyond the normal tolerance. But in the public register, Filmania just changed the name into Boc...so it's still the same old firm. The only new is the name. And they didn't celebrate themselves as Filmania neither.
Hmm, if Jeff wanted to focus on his music career, he would have join BOC as free collaborator for the start. Saying 'thank you' doesn't mean he was satisfied with their collaboration. Right? He , as a serious musician, was forced to make a fole of himself, just to entertain and fit into the concept of traveling circus..So of course, it was his personal choice to leave.
But with time we'll see the whole picture clearly. This is far from over.

From CEO, to a lawyer, to the security/personal bodyguard. Funny right.. 2. For 2nd part...we could all agree to some point, as most of us here are adults, and not just hormonal teenagers, in this line of work there's no such a thing as 'family', all this is a pure business. 3. Well this one is for debating. How could we know if he left willingly? Just because he said it? Hmm, it's not all black and white. If he wanted to leave the company, with whom he had a contract, breaking it would bring just penalty to pay, and who knows what amount it would be. But if they fired him , that would be even easier (not to mention, boc as his legal management agency should provide legal support to their employee), and pushing him to say it was his decision, would just paint boc in good light in the eyes of the fans . 'Thai ppl didn't like him '..hmm, if someone paint you ugly, everyone else would see you like that. And it's not that Thai ppl don't like him, it's that they as a society have a huge problem with where's a woman's position in it. But that's the story for another day. 4. Yes , it's not his 1st scandal. But that earlier, that scandal was like what? 10 years old? And not to mention most of the actors in bl industry did have the same 'problem '. As I remember, some of the actors of KP had scandals as well...for watching underage porn, drunk driving etc... So it's not what the problem is, it's who's the the one with it.
So before we start to speak about something, most of the this wouldn't happen if BOC knew how to be professional in this line of business. Or how they didn't wanted to protect their actors equally. As for Build, he was on the daily page harassed by antis, for more than 6 months. Boc didn't move a little finger.
So if someone wants to criticize someone, they should start from the head akka company. (We all know that old saying 'fish smells from the head').
Oh，and one more thing. It's about Jeff. Didn't he join BOC like 7 months ago? I don't think they had written contract for such a short time. As he's one of financially stable in that group(15 actors), he was able to provide breach of contract. That's how long he needed to see what's going on and how unprofessional BOC as agency is. So he run away. Smart move. Do they need to be called out for everything they have done wrong? Yes, they should. They are a laughing stock in BL industry!
