Great so far but please let the ML being poisoned trope part end soon. Love the action in this one.

Bai Lu is rich and multi talented. If her career wasn't ongoing, she wouldn't have to provide answers for these ridiculous tirades. One thing I know from a family member who was part of a t.v. program is that she was asked to stand by the water's edge in a sheltered lagoon at the pier in SF. The person in charge of the program then narrated that, "during the hectic storm and massive waves at the ocean...", lol. It's an example of how they try to make programming more interesting. It's possible Bai Lu was expected to be that way to amp up the show. Everybody has a role to play in the entertainment industry. Thankfully, the actors aren't little cookie cutter cutouts of each other.

RJL's acting is always fantastic. I've never seen WHR in anything. She has that sweet and innocent look so is perfect for the character in this series. Hope to see her in more costume dramas. ZKY is great as the baddie sister and, of course, watching Riley is always a treat.

He's definitely the right degree of cut throat. If I were him though, I'd choose to keep my powers and not become human in that dog-eat-dog world. It's good to have defense powers.

It's funny that cultivators can create magical paper doll trackers but they can't create them to be invisible to the person to whom they are attached, lol.

There haven't been too many short series that are themed like My Journey To You with the different factions all scheming to rule the main branch. So far, very enjoyable with a great line up of talent.

It will be a hoot to see the fallout once she finds out.

That was one of the longest opening monologues / narration in costume drama land in the last few years. I found it was easier to just start watching the series and let the explanations play out rather than try to go through that again 🤣. I'm thinking maybe I don't have the same attention span from years past 😂

People are mentioning the connection; not sure how it all fits in.

I'm not sure how this is all connected as I also didn't see the connection to the two series until people mentioned it.

There was one teen boy who escaped that clan and ran into the ML and received help from him so he had a bigger part in the series.

That was the longest opening monologue I've seen in a series yet. I might need to listen to it 30 more times to get the gist of it 🤣😂😭

It's definitely unreal to see them constantly devote so much time to down voting.

It's easy for antis to make negative comments here and manipulate the MDL ratings. The great thing is that the series is doing exceptionally well in Asia and it's quickly becoming popular on Netflix as well.

I wasn't sure about this one in the beginning; however, the drama builds to a crescendo. Worth a high rating and re-watch value.
