I’ve seen 6 previous dramas of Zhang Ling He‘s and have admired his looks but I am completely mesmerized by his face in POJ. I keep having to rewind to catch dialogue when he’s on screen.
I’ve also admired his acting abilities before but his character’s nuances in this deserves awards. Tian Xi Wei is slaying it too.

I watching Legend of the Female General right now too haha I just passed the enemy camp incursion episode.
Since we didn’t get this version I’m looking forward to reading it in the novel.

Would’ve been great to see that original version play out on screen.

Scenes like that are why I don’t watch behind the scenes clips. I don’t want to think about how it was shot at all. And the multiple cameras and dozens of people there too. But excellent job all around with that one. I hope the novel’s author is smiling.

I need to pick it back up. I watched a couple then decided to wait until all released.
