I think it's safe to say the mother switched the babies at birth but only SYH is aware of it, that's why he said "you already knew that YOUR SON was a murderer". Which also explains her reaction when she saw JBR at the hospital.
JBR was suspicious from the very beginning. The professor that researched the gene said that people who have it are either genius psychopaths or just geniuses. Yet, we know JBR has the gene. Nothing about his behavior screams "genius", which can't be the case unless he is hiding it (unlike SYH who became a doc). Even though he acts kind, he's been keeping his wits to a minimum to avoid standing out.
You think Zi O has superpowers? No, sir. They've beat the living daylights out of this woman but she's still walking around like nothing's happened. At this point, I'm convinced they should be testing her DNA instead!

I didn't like episodes 1 and 2 but because a lot of people said that the drama was getting better from episode 3 I gave it a shot. I'm not trying to be hateful, but honestly I still think it's really boring. I agree that the plot is different and new, and that's actually what made me start watching it, but it seems like every event in this drama is over-exaggerated. It's just not what I expected, and since I had really high hopes, I did get a little bit disappointed. Anyway, I didn't mean to offend anyone who likes this, it's just my personal opinion. =)
OMG!!! I can't wait, this is pure genius! This will be a great opportunity for Park Shin Hye to prove that she can be more than just the usual shy clueless girl. And Lee Jong Suk? I mean...what's there not to love? Just WOW..!!^^
