Ummm did you reply to me? I already watched the ending and it was very nice. All characters got their deserved endings. In my opinion, HJP character's closure was also well done. Is this drama not worth-watching in terms of plot? I mean we waited three years for this drama but I still can't start it now. One reason is I want to wait for the complete subs and another reason is I'm quite hesitant to watch it. I saw some short video clips of The Wolf on instagram and facebook but none of them appealed to me. I felt something was lacking in this drama. You also said it's an idol drama. If it is, I'll have to think again to watch it or not. I didn't wait for The Wolf as an idol drama so my expectations are quite high. I don't want to be disappointed about this.

I love all moments between Xuanji and Sifeng but my favourite one is their first meeting scene. Xuanji was very friendly toward him despite them being total strangers and poor Sifeng got shy and excited over that haha. Their interactions during that moment don't feel awkward at all. Instead, it turned out to be adorable and sweet for me.
I hope I can move on soon from this drama so I can watch a new one. I have tried to watch like 3 or 4 dramas already…
I was in the same situation after completing this drama. Every other drama felt bland and I had to drop them. I suggest watching a completely different genre to move on from this. Also, don't watch BTS clips of this drama if you want to get out of a drama slump. I'll repeat "DON'T WATCH BTS VIDS".
Sure. It's a very worth-watching drama. This is one of those dramas where you don't get frustrated but enjoy the plot throughout the story. You can try watching the first three episodes. But you need to know the young boy in ep 1 is a second lead. Some people took for granted that he was the first lead and got mad after knowing he is SL.

Agree. The reason why the writer gave the backstory for HJP is for creating him as a qualified mentor for Samson Tech. Actually, the relationship between HJP and Samson Tech should have been interesting and enjoyable. But it was ruined by the shipwars.Most people only think about HJP's romance.
Just finished watching the last episode of StartUp. I love it! The ending was very satisfying as every character got the proper ending . Really appreciate the writer for being able to create such beautiful characters and compelling storyline. The second part would have been better if the writer hadn't been swayed by the shipwars and dragged the love triangle. Overall, this is one of the best k-dramas that I can rewatch.

It's nice to read reasonable comments like yours. In fact, all the characters of this drama has flaws and each of them reflects the human nature. At first, I was more interested in business aspect but in the second half, I don't like how the drama focused on love triangle. BUT it's very interesting to see the growth of every character after ep 13. There are significant changes in all major characters after 3 years time skip. I love the realistic portrayal of characters in this drama but some HJP fans bashed the whole drama and Nam Dosan because their ship didn't sail.
