I'm with you on this one. I cannot continue either. It started off so nicely and it turned dark quickly. I wanted…
Haha, I might have to copy your strategy! Checking the spoilers first is the only safe way to watch dramas these days. Sudden depression in what was supposed to be a healing BL is a trap I wasn't prepared for. I've already gone through enough torture watching 'The Untamed' and few other recent dramas.

This is such a big regret for me. I want to watch it so badly because it is quite rare to find such beautiful, soothing cinematography. However, I know I will regret it even more if I force myself to keep watching
I couldn't bring myself to resume the episodes after Sis Lan's death, so I took a break. However, this recent spoiler is making me drop the series entirely. This was truly a great BL, but it has become too heartbreaking to continue. Watching the first few episodes, I thought it was so soothing for my soul, and I became deeply connected to it (maybe a little too much). Now, it has changed into something that breaks my heart. Even though I really love this series, I just can't continue watching it.
Sis Lan! 😭😭 I didn't expect this. 😭😭 How could they do that to her? She is the most loving and understanding boss anyone could ever find. 😭😭 My baby lost his mom even before he could introduce his hubby to her.
Why is the rating so low here? All of my friends who watched the first few episodes said it was good. I know MDL ratings can't be trusted completely, but this rating still seems too low.
Guys! Is this really a series? Are the actors actually acting? It feels so realistic, and it is incredibly soothing for the soul. This is just my opinion after watching the first episode, but the characters are so cute and the cinematography is top-tier. I am absolutely loving it!
Wahhhh!!!! In this I have my fav SML actors who played the worst characters in my fav dramas. Hei Yi and Wei Ming—the actors you are, you already made me hate you in your previous dramas, but here you are again to test my patience! Seriously though, seeing them cast together as princes in this what has me so hyped. They are both just so deadly handsome that if they were actually the good guys, I’d be completely swooning. But instead, they're here playing villains and competing with the main lead again. Drove me crazy in their past shows, but I am so excited to see them acting together.
So today, I rewatched it again for my yearly rewatch and loved it even more... Coincidentally, without even realizing it, I rewatched it on July 6th in 2024, too, lol. This is truly the ultimate comfort drama for me.
Wow! I found him familiar in A Splendid match but I didn't know he was the one who played twins in The Shadow's edge. I really loved his character in that movie. Hope his new drama will be a success.
The logic thing he said in the 5th question is true..... The couple’s story has to build up logically, otherwise the audience just won’t connect with it.

Isn't what they are doing considered cheating?

I got this similar vibes while watching 'Meet Yourself" too...
