Sry if you find my comment confusing. But what I meant is that it deserves more than 8.3 rating not 7.9 or anything below 8 and it's completely my personal opinion about this drama's rating.
And I never mentioned that the rating dropped drastically in one day.

Wow! it's been years since I saw a 9.0 rating for an airing drama.
Ofc it's ZLH, I'm really tempted to watch this. But I can't bare the agony of waiting for the new episodes daily :(

I'm currently watching this...
I usually avoid sad endings, but this is making me feel like watching a bunch of sad endings without a break. They are completely focused on cases ik it's the main plot but still a break or a change of flow in storytelling would've been better.

I'm on ep 8 , I think there are too many unnecessary deaths.
Why do they need to kill the characters abruptly just after everything is nearly solved.
If these sudden deaths increases I'd definitely loose my interest in this due to the lack emotional connection with the characters.
If a character is involved in few episodes and we get connected to their story and they are abruptly dead in the next episode that is too much.
And it is easy to guess which characters are going to die...

Even 'The Best Thing ' has the similar vibes then I came to know that SOM and TBT has the same screen writer(another screen writer of SOM) lol. Then I understood why I'm hooked with all these 3 dramas haha. The GM and SFX screenwriter duo is the BEST fr.

The trailer looks promising. The plot seems to be mysterious and interesting. Eagerly waiting for it!!

I think one main lead roles would definitely make him one of the top actors. He got both acting skills and looks. Hope he gets more main roles and rise high.

At last.... after 24 episodes we get the First HUGggggggg!!!!!!
They took it a little slower than other slow burn dramas, but who cares at last they hugged!!!

I watched the Donghua and loved it! And when I came to know it has a live action adaption I came to check, to find out that The great Cheng Lei is playing the main role Haha.
Now it is the most awaiting drama of 2026.

I started 2025 dramas with First frost and The best thing ,
Ending 2025 with this masterpiece.
And also starting the new year watching this....
Hope we get more pleasant and soothing dramas like these in this new year too:)

No wonder Shine on me is as warm as The best thing. She really nailed it.

I thought why Shine on me is giving similar vibes to something I watched long ago.
No wonder that it is a work of the same author of 'You are my glory'.
She knows how to please a women's heart. The heart fluttering moments in all her dramas and the leads of her dramas are the BEST.
All her dramas have soothing vibe healing our heart's with warm love gestures. Love her :)
