I know these two are very different. I got same beautiful feelings when I watched. Female Leads are aspiring doctors who is kind and beautiful. Male Leads are very charismaticand dreamy, also very good at fighting/action scenes. More importantly, both main couples have mature and healthy relationships. Their chemistry is top-notch.

First, when the name Queen Cheorin, was announced for Mr. Queen, I first think of Queen In Hyun's Man, one of my favorite time-travel dramas. Both dramas share time-travel, fusion drama concepts, based on some of real-life historical figures.

Both in mystery triller genre, include plot twists, things you never saw coming, relatively fast-paced and great plot.

These two have similar vibes. Both FLs from riches to rags, kinda live at ML's place. Both dramas are humorous and beautiful in own ways.

Similar storylines and plot. They both have power struggle, political intrigue, and swon brothers. Cinematography and setting are also quite similar.

They both have Same male lead actor and same director. And, a lot of actors here are also from Love and Redemption.
