Then, don't.
Lol, you can't make this up!
I'm almost 40, and feel umcomfortable watching guys doing sexual stuff when some of them look like they aren't older than 16 - and now I'm a bad person who descriminates others?
Nah, where are we heading as a society?

They are not messing around with these kissing scenes, oh my god.
That's Taiwan BL for you.
And then you watch Thai BL and start to analyze everything. How comfortable are the actors? How good are the kisses? Are they even kissing properly? What are they thinking and feeling? Are they shy? Are they up to the challenge?
Seriously, I'm always staring at their lips, taking in every second, and waiting for it to be good or bad.
Back to Taiwan BL: No need to think about anything, just enjoy the moment. Whatever good or bad, it feels real.

What makes you say it's not good acting? I'm not trying to be a jerk. Different perspectives are always interesting…
They don't have "it". Good actors are Ohm (I don't even like him), Nanon, First, Khaotung (though he is lately playing too often the alluring type), Neo, Gun, Off, Tay (when he has a challenging script), Forth (though he should experiment more with different roles), Krist, heck, I would also say Mark, or Perth and Chimon (though it was disappointing how bad he was acting out love scenes).
Jimmy and Sea are more in the league of Phuwin, Pond, Earth, Bright and Win. And then there are actors like Gawin and Mix, who under certain circumstances are doing great, but not always.
Just my opinion. Nobody has to agree.
No hate, but this script would need some good performance that touches you deeply. I don't believe those two can make me cry.
Jimmy did better than I expected, though. He was mediocre in Bad Buddy, and Vice Versa was unwatchable for me. I have some hope this time.

I would like this much more with better actors and a script that isn't relying heavily on clichés.

Title Kiseki: Dear to Me Spoiler
My two cents about the sexual assault between the 2nd couple people are talking about: *go to spoiler tag*
Yes, Chen Yi was drunk and wasn't even aware of what was happening and with whom he was at the beginning. That changed throughout the scene, and we learn later that he remembered well.
Here are some BTS. The actors talk about the scene:

I personally think it's astonishing that people consider such a scene to be SA. Imagine those two had some hardcore BDSM sex with one beating up the other, but as long both are sober and have their safe word, no one would have an issue with it. Now we have a very tender love scene where two people comfort each other with their body warmth and tender kisses, and people call it SA. I'm not judging, I don't really care, but I wanted to point that out, because I find it interesting how sex is perceived. The idea that it can be something beautiful that makes you feel good and loved, even when your mind is a bit cloudy seems to be impossible.
Not to mention, that in that particular scene, Ai Di kissed Chen Yi first, yes, then he took off his shirt, he comforted him with his warm body, later on, when tears felt down, it was Chen Yi who took the next step. I didn't feel that somebody was forced or coerced to do anything. I also know that there is sexual (and physical) assault happening between men and women, with the woman being the perpetrator, but let's just consider for a moment how Chen Yi throws Ai Di around like he is some stuffed animal who weights nothing. It's hard to think of him as a victim with that body and mind. He isn't weak, neither physically nor psychologically.
So I really think people are taking this too far.
But again, this is not that serious.
Everyone can look at it the way they want.
I don't want to defend the series, I don't even like the story. I just like the couple and the actors, and how they portray their characters.

Genuinely so obsessed with Louis Chiang's performance as Ai Di. It hasn't happened before to my knowledge with…
This couple has so much potential.

Honestly the only good thing in this show is Ai Di. I think his actor is the best out of the cast I'm only watching…
Same.

I'm only here for the 2nd couple, and I'm not even a fan of their story. I only love the acting and the chemistry.
Honestly, those two are my guilty pleasure.
I love Ai Di being sassy and tsundere, I love him being badass and small at the same time. I love how he provokes Chen Yi, how they fight, but always care for each other. I love how they are so hardcore and aggressive, but then so soft and caring. Chen Yi being so serious and such a big guy, is just a nice contrast to the little crazy gangster. You would expect him taking the lead, but it's Ai Di instead. It's just a fun and exciting combination.
And those love scene are 1000% to my taste. That's the kind of stuff I like: passionate, soft, both are dominant, great visuals, beautiful looking kisses and bodies. It feels like they are really in love.

I heard him say in one of the lives that he's 174cm. I was shocked. That's not short at all.
That was the height I was guessing.
Chen Yi looks to me very average height, average build, but good body, of course. Turns out the guy is huge and incredible strong. He throws Ai Di around like it's nothing. I have seen an image on Twitter (X) of their love scene, where his biceps is as big as Ai Di's waist, lol.

i have never ever wished for any second couple to get their own series as much as im wishing for ai di and chen…
But did that ever happen? This is not Thai BL or GMMTV. I can't recall any Taiwan BL couple that got a 2nd series.
They all somehow disappear until they get a cameo, lol.

I'm fangirling over Ai Di and Chen Yi so hard ...
It's nice, really. I almost forgot how it feels when you're so in love with a couple.

I was thinking exactly the same thing.I was beyond surprised that no one was talking about this.Personally,I don't…
They did. Very early on.
But those discussions end sooner or later. People who had a problem with it, stopped watching, the others kept watching and talked about other aspects of the series, until someone brings it up again.
I feel this series got more popular recently, especially because of the 2nd couple, so new watchers come in, and the discussion starts again.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about the age gap. This story is horrible in so many aspects, it's hard to take it seriously. The actors deserve better. They are pretty chill and nice guys. This is such a mess.

Love the 2nd couple, though. The love scene between them in ep 9 is most likely the best and most beautiful I have ever seen.
