I was thinking about the fighting strategy KSH’s team has chosen. Waiting patiently for the enemy to strike…
Of course, there’s always a strategy and constant monitoring for any wrong move by the opposing side. But I believe there’s an entire story behind all of this.

An investigation following a criminal complaint can range from several days to several months, depending on the complexity of the case and the availability of evidence. If the complainant does not possess the required evidence, it must be obtained from the accused party. In such cases, procedural steps, referred to as "evidence preservation measures", must be taken to secure and verify the evidence while preventing its destruction. It is possible that such a request was submitted, though it remains uncertain whether all relevant materials were turned over. For instance, if the investigation concerns messages on Kim Soo Hyun's phone, recovery would be relatively straightforward, as deleted data can typically be retrieved.
With regard to the audio recording, despite being made public and likely archived by Kim Soo Hyun’s team, technical analysis typically requires the original source file. Similarly, any photos or recordings reportedly from KSR’s phone should be examined directly on the original device or storage medium.
The complaint filed by KSR’s family against Kim Soo Hyun, based on that audio recording, implies the obligation to submit the original recording. Otherwise, there may be serious legal consequences, as previously mentioned.
We hope to receive a prompt response, so that any conclusions can be based not on assumptions, but on verified and expert-analyzed evidence.

The cause of the disappearance of KSR's family
Although KSR's family has not spoken publicly, they did file a complaint against Kim Soo Hyun based on that audio recording. As such, they are legally obligated to submit the original recording. Failure to do so could result in accusations of false or slanderous denunciation, a serious offense under the law. If proven, Kim Soo Hyun would have the right to pursue legal action in response, and the legal consequences could include imprisonment, depending on the severity of the allegations and their impact. This may explain the family's absence from public discourse, as many have begun to suspect the recording was inauthentic. One must also question the ethics of Gar*ser*, who allegedly knew the recording’s true nature yet acted otherwise. And as for the lawyer who provided legal counsel in this matter … no further comment is necessary.

It may be difficult to believe, but that particular date might simply represent a procedural step in which the parties were summoned to provide statements. However, it raises valid concerns specifically regarding the claim that Kim Se-eui was summoned by the police but chose not to appear. It’s important to note that Kim Se-eui has publicly stated he was never summoned. Furthermore, why was the date of the supposed summons made public? Was it merely intended to generate another media spectacle? The reasons behind certain procedural changes also remain unclear. Many questions persist, and it is possible that the information has been taken out of context or misrepresented. We will have to wait and see how events unfold.

It's not mentioned in this article, but usually when a police officer or prosecutor is convicted, even if they don't go to jail, they can no longer work in the same field. However, by receiving a large sum of money, they risk their profession, and even after being convicted, they often go on to live quite a comfortable life. At the very least, they don’t remain in the system.

But the same law should apply to those who make such information public. As we can see, leaks happen only in certain cases, specifically, the ones where profit can be made by the p*lice, pr*secut*rs, or the media. In the media, there's a real battle for breaking news because sensational stories generate money. But when humanity is forgotten, those stories end up being covered in blood

To say that denying a relationship leads to suicide is bizarre. In that case, more than half of the population would have committed suicide. Kim Soo Hyun may be unintentionally a part of context but he can’t be the single reason for her suicide.
Also, claiming that a person committed suicide for one single reason is a major error. Before suicide, there is a complex of circumstances, but especially signs that the person is having suicidal thoughts.
“There’s no single cause for suicide. Suicide most often occurs when stressors and health issues converge to create an experience of hopelessness and despair. “
https://afsp.org/risk-factors-protective-factors-and-warning-signs/
A person who has had suicidal thoughts or has stated several times that they have suicidal thoughts needs medical assistance and therapy, depending on the severity of the mental condition.
The reality of Kim Sae Ron is that she had a real struggle that time of her life and she had no support and probably she was in deep depresion.
Depression doesn’t com on instant, and can be cured before suicidal thoughts appear.
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/9290-depression
Let’s look back at the circumstances: She was publicly ostracized for her drunk driving incident. She lost contracts, accumulated debt, had romantic disappointments, including a failed marriage, and there are suspicions that she had an abortion.
It seems that the family not only did not support her but relied on her earnings.
Close people, usually family, are the ones who must encourage the depressed person and convince them to accept therapeutic help.
Once the idea of suicide is overcome, the person can become a successful person.
Many women have achieved great success after enduring childhood abuse, depression and suicidal thoughts. While it's impossible to list all of them, see some well-known examples below:
Oprah Winfrey
• Background: Media mogul, philanthropist, and one of the most influential women in the world.
• Struggles: Oprah has spoken about her traumatic childhood, including abuse, poverty, and a period in her youth when she felt deeply hopeless. She admitted to having suicidal thoughts after becoming pregnant at age 14.
2. Lady Gaga
• Background: Grammy and Oscar-winning singer and actress.
• Struggles: Gaga has openly discussed her battles with PTSD, depression, and suicidal ideation. She has said that fame and trauma both contributed to her mental health struggles, and she’s been an advocate for mental health awareness through her Born This Way Foundation.
3. J.K. Rowling
• Background: Author of the Harry Potter series.
• Struggles: Rowling experienced severe depression and suicidal thoughts during her years as a single mother before achieving literary success. She has credited therapy and medical help for her recovery and has advocated for mental health treatment.
4. Taraji P. Henson
• Background: Academy Award-nominated actress and mental health advocate.
• Struggles: Henson has been vocal about experiencing depression and suicidal thoughts, especially during the pandemic. She later launched the Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation to support mental health in the Black community.
5. Selena Gomez
• Background: Actress, singer, and producer.
• Struggles: Selena has shared her experiences with bipolar disorder, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Her documentary My Mind & Me dives deep into her mental health journey and emphasizes the importance of self-care and therapy.
6. Maya Angelou:
Angelou's autobiographical works, particularly "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings," delve into her experiences with childhood trauma, including sexual abuse and racism. Her powerful storytelling and advocacy for social justice made her a celebrated author and poet.
Before accusing, let’s encourage people around us. Let’s do a better world through good thoughts and deeds.

could u show where they denied in the past abt the relationship b4 I report u
Your news about Kim Soo Hyun denying the relationship with KSR really changes everything. Definitely deserves a spot in the official investigation file, maybe right next to the nation’s top secrets.
Reminds me of that flawless logic from Mad for Each Other, episode 1:
“I think he’s been following me from the front.”
“Shouldn’t he be behind you to follow you?”
“You’re right! How did he know where I was going?”
Honestly, maybe it’s more reliable to watch K-dramas than follow this kind of news. At least the plot twists there make sense.

Sunny Days perfectly portrayed how financial interests align with political backing forming the engine of Garosero’s…
Thank you, that's exactly what I meant to express. Agreeing with someone, regardless of who they are, reflects a shared mindset. There's a saying: "Tell me who your friends are, and I'll tell you who you are." I’d rephrase it: Tell me who you associate with, and I’ll tell you who you are.
Some people end up doing harm, even if they started with good intentions. And to be clear: I'm not referring to Garosero or KSR’s family.
Though I’ve said this before, it’s worth repeating: sometimes, warning signs are what save people.
Publicly accusing Kim Soo-Hyun in this way isn't about justice for KSR, it's a mirror of your own values. If he's guilty, let it be proven and let consequences follow. But to wish someone harm before guilt is established, while taking the word of someone like Garosero as gospel, only reveals a lack of critical thinking.
Here’s an objective take worth reading: https://vocal.media/writers/the-heroes-villains-journey .
I stand for real justice in the Kim Sae Ron's case, not public humiliation. People deserve support when they go through difficult times, even if they bear some responsibility, just like Kim Sae Ron, who faced intense public shaming after her DUI incident. We need less mob mentality, more humanity.
And honestly, it's absurd how some claim Kim Soo-Hyun doesn’t even read what’s posted here, so his supporters must only be attracted to his look. If that’s true, why are they here, desperately posting hateful messages to bring him down? He won’t read those either. So who is their target, really?
As for those who deliberately stir up conflict: they're just Garosero types. Well… at least Garosero makes a living out of it. The rest are doing it for … must be passion.

Such a scu*bag probably went unpunished for so long because of the political support he had, and which he has…
I wouldn’t hold out much hope for the present either. Garosero has always been a master of opportunism, a true chameleon when profit is on the line. If you look closely, you’ll see that he tried to cozy up to the current president before the election, on the very same day the court moved to suspend Lee Jae-myung’s case until after the election, just days after the Supreme Court overturned the favorable verdict and sent the case back for retrial. Coincidentally (or not!) that was also the day Garosero made his theatrical “revelation” about the attempted murder and the phone recording that cast Kim Soo Hyun as a killer. Absurd, yes, but it was a calculated move. A veiled message: Look at me protecting public opinion from turning against you, remember this, if you win.
And let’s be honest: if Kim Soo Hyun were really so powerful that justice couldn’t touch him, why didn’t he just buy his way to a verdict that protected his image? He didn’t, because he couldn’t.
Edit: Under the given circumstances, the prolonged inaction regarding the complaint filed by KSH against Garosero/Gaseyon, despite the statutory deadline for resolution having long passed, strongly suggests that Garosero is still benefiting from undue protection.
But the myth of KSH's power keeps people from seeing the obvious.

Why shouldn't I take into account what Gaseyon says?
His income depends on viewership and political backing, and that, in itself, is not something to criticize. However, when he chooses to support only those who serve his financial interests, even at the cost of distorting the truth or mocking deceased individuals, I believe he crosses a line I cannot and will not cross with him.
1. On December 26, Ga Se-yeon released a phone call between Lee Sun-kyun and a female manager of an adult entertainment establishment, which contained the real name, face, and private life of the female manager of the adult entertainment establishment. Lee Sun-kyun committed suicide a day after the phone call was released. When a lot of criticism poured in about this, a YouTube community criticized Lee Sun-kyun's suicide by mentioning former Seoul Mayor Park Won- soon.[5] Despite the fact that the results of the investigation into the drug suspicions were all negative, Lee Sun-kyun continued to make derogatory remarks such as “a drug criminal” and “he had to pay the price.”

Oh yes, I was definitely waiting for her messages — like one eagerly awaits the next cryptic piece of a jigsaw from five different boxes. You try to assemble them, convinced there’s some grand design… but alas, it’s not a puzzle. It’s a garage sale of mismatched fragments.
If only it were something intentionally complex — a "House of Leaves" kind of chaos. But no, this is more “Puzzle? What puzzle?” energy. Probably doesn’t even remember where she got the pieces — or who she blocked last Tuesday.
A valiant exercise in futility. Almost poetic. Almost.

Oh, finally! A message. After weeks of deafening silence and mysterious logins from various "not-at-all-related" accounts, you graced us with... this. And wow—what a tour de force! The starry-eyed monologue, the dream-tinged romance with a pixelated stranger whose face you “can’t quite piece together”—you really are giving main-character energy. I half-expected violins to start playing in the background. Did Nicholas Sparks ghostwrite this for you?
But let’s talk timeline. You’ve apparently been “lurking” since 2019, then had a spiritual awakening—triggered by My Way’s “chef’s kiss bait,” no less—that compelled you to finally make an account last month. How serendipitous. Or should I say, how conveniently choreographed. Because nothing says “genuine affection” like meticulously curated alt accounts and calculated digital swooning, right?
Your public performance of affection feels less like a spontaneous confession and more like an identity management exercise. I’m honestly waiting for Sybil to pop in and co-sign the message. And while Tammy Blanchard did wonders with the role, let’s remember: we’re not in a psychological thriller. This isn’t a tribute to Flora Rheta Schreiber’s case studies or Joseph Sargent’s late-night dramas. This is a website with a comment box, not a therapy-themed stage play.
Also, I regret to inform you that this dazzling declaration probably landed in the wrong thread. Autumn Leaf made a pretty clear request, but hey, why respect anyone else’s space when you're busy writing love letters to your own projection? But don’t worry, if she/he’s upset, I’m sure we’ll all gather in a circle and chant “be understanding,” like it’s an episode of Sesame Street: Dissociative Edition.
Anyway, here’s hoping your next alias has a little more self-restraint and a little less fanfiction energy. Until then, sweet dreams—may your subconscious continue to be filled with faceless internet avatars and your keyboard forever be sticky with drama.

Why are you asking about those old, reheated news today?
Well, let’s be honest—Garosero really knows how to turn crises into smokescreens. Like Frank Underwood in House of Cards, he’s a pro at burying his misdeeds beneath layers of confusion, all while holding on tight to his power.
But his recent disappearance from the spotlight on this topic? That reminds me more of Amy from Gone Girl—staging a perfect vanishing act, while the chaotic media frenzy does all the heavy lifting to distract everyone from what’s really going on. Classic move: drown out the real story with enough noise so the darker schemes stay hidden.

So if you’re looking for a mastermind of smoke and mirrors, Garosero’s your guy.

I want to clarify some aspects and answer you as best I can:
1. The precautionary seizures requested by Cuckoo Electronics and other parties are relatively small and are likely based on explicit contractual provisions, which can serve as a legal basis for such measures. In contrast, a separate lawsuit has been filed for the remaining claims, indicating that those sums are not directly stipulated in the contracts but may arise from contractual breaches or related liabilities.
2. The damages requested in court have not been approved at this stage. As mentioned earlier, it remains to be seen whether the court will uphold them. Such compensation is only granted if the plaintiff proves the existence of actual losses—through verifiable data—and establishes a direct causal link between those losses and the conduct of Kim Soo Hyun.
3. Kim Soo Hyun, through his agency Gold Medalist, has filed a lawsuit seeking approximately ₩11 billion KRW (about $8.25 million USD) in damages against Garosero & Company and Kim Sae Ron’s family. However, this amount is not final—the claim can be supplemented and increased throughout the course of the trial, up until a final decision is issued. Like any plaintiff, he must substantiate the damages claimed and demonstrate that they resulted directly from the actions of the defendants.
