I agree with you @nycfoodie & @ettie-dramatic. I've now watched 5 of his series and love his acting in all of them. I do have preferences: Goodbye My Princess and Fall in Love. In those 2, his characters were cunning, scheming, sassy and his "charm" was on turbo mode! In the others, the characters he played were different, more serious, cold, aloof and introverted. Which shows he can play versatile roles and bring the characters to life. I think his acting abilities are great and he is absolutely charming! As to the article, I agree with his way of thinking on many things, but he does sound physically exhausted and disillusioned. Hope he gets a chance to reboot soon.

Thanks so much. May sound dumb, but I hate to see LXY's characters die! I got hooked on CDramas because of him. My first CDrama was Kill Me Love Me. I watched it on Netflix and then subscribed to Viki, iQiyi & Youku to watch the majority of his series and have been hooked for a year and a half now. Of course, I'm also hooked on CDramas and KDramas because of the many other actors and the stories as well. Thanks again!

Does his character die in this series? I believe I read she does great things after his death, but hoping he doesn't die in the series... even though it is what is...

I felt it was kinda boring first few episodes, BUT it got sooooo much better! I'm glad I kept watching.

I think the series can be a standalone. No need to rewatch PA. The new leads are doing good job. Shouldn't base the liking/disliking of this series on a comparison of the actors to the ones in PA. This is a sequel, but yet can standalone. There is more than 1 storyline going on here - there's the sequel to PA and then there are new storylines introduced and of course all intertwined. The FL carries out the role of her character as it should be and so do the other actors as their characters should be. People want them to look and act EXACTLY like the ones in PA, but that's impossible. Nonetheless, it doesn't mean they are doing it wrong. I've watched 13 episodes and find it entertaining, fast paced and satisfying so far. One of the reasons most sequels fail is due to the unrealistic expectations of viewers wanting part 2 to be exactly like part 1. Comparing this actor to that actor, etc. Where's the creativity in that? Now if the storyline itself is no good, that's then a different story 😁 BTW, FL gets help and she also helps ML when in trouble. Her character is still as BADASS as in PA. 😁

I think you can start watching already since there are 18 episodes to watch already. My fave so far was episode 8. I wait to have at least 6 episodes to watch back 2 back. Watching only 2 episodes a day drives me crazy! I binge on 6-8 episodes and then am able to wait to have another 6-8 epsiodes to hinge again.

Can't wait to watch this! Really enjoyed CZY in Fated Hearts. Hope he delivers aa good in this one.

He is 1 of my faves. I would start with "My Journey to You". Though he's 2nd ML, for me his performance is reason I keep re-watching the epsiodes he's in . Then "Legend of Female General." Then the short one "A Familiar Stranger: and then "Shadow Love."

I have watched so many series and there are so many characters that I have liked that it's difficult to choose a favorite, but I can say that "Feng Sui Ge" is one of my top faves!

Absolutely worth watching! I've watched it in full 2 times and I keep going back to my fave epsiodes.
