Episode 3, ya'll I am nothing but a puddle of tears. was not expecting that beautiful representation in a period Kdrama...😭😭😭
A mother not only seeing her child, but excepting & embracing them in such a loving & protective way...I gotta go hug my mom real quick after this one.

But it is true isn't it? The big brother is gay since EP.1.🤣Should we invent a tag like "No Actual BL Action",…
"Secondary Gay Lead"

Not really. People are mostly talking about bad writing in general.
Half of them wouldn't have started the show in the first place. We have people halfway through the show still waiting for the LGBTQ+ storyline to start developing taking about bad writing.
& when people are talking about the bad writing they refuse to put their essay in a spoiler tag, ruining the comment section for everyone who is enjoying the show or MIGHT find enjoyment in the show.

that wedding scene better not be a part of a shoot 💀💀
I feel like we should put bets down at this point. I feel like groom is going to be Kim Bum or Woo Bin.

Whoever put "Gay Male Lead" as a tag for the show is the main reason for the chaos of this comment section.

Half of it is just people thinking this is a BL drama not realizing it's two male siblings and a lead female and a lavender marriage proposal.
Yes, there is a queer character, but they don't focus or develop his character to the extent that most people cruising the LGBTQ+ tag would enjoy. If that is why you want to watch this show, don't. Go find a nice web drama or a Thai drama to scratch that itch.

I was gonna see general opinion without spoiler for this episode but stopped soon 😭 there’s so much spoilers…
Tomorrow when the last episode drops put it on 2x the speed to rip the band-aid off, and skip to the last 5-10 minutes to just see the end ending. That's what i did with a drama that I had to bale 10 episodes into a 16 episode show. I got the closure without wasting 6 hours of my life.

PS I did try multiple times to ask people to spoiler tag when discussing plot points or longer comments, but no one cared.

Thoughts on episode 11
I feel like we deployed reverse thrusters to come in for a landing. Very slow paced compared to previous episodes. It could be because I guessed motives of the grandfather very early on that it felt like a rehash. But I'm glad I was proven correct in why he acts the way he does with Ji Han and the older siblings.
We have less than 10 minutes of the three main leads in the same location. Their conversations for the most part were all over the phone. So that connection was missing. Which is sad when we only have an hour left.
Very somber episode only two scenes would be considered a valve release...ML's brother and sister-in-law, and FL's friends.

the end of the episode you are currently watching. Ep 8 is normally when the romance kicks off in most kdramas.
this is true. I think of the 400+ shows I've watched. I think only a couple handfuls were Kdramas that are 12 episodes...and they were all within the last few years or web dramas so I guess I don't really have a set gauge on their common timing.
But looking at 6 of them either no kiss whatsoever or kiss/confession at episode 8 or later. Had to go look at my notes & the episode guides.

The reason you aren't seeing us is because all the people hating it refuse to use spoiler tags, so every time…
The only things that I can complain about as of episode 11 is...
Lack of character development of Do Han. Developing him more could have meant that we could have seen him fighting to be himself rather than running all the time. I'm not talking about publicly being out but with his best friend and brother they could have gone deeper into his feelings.

Lack of follow through with the romance. When the FL and ML finally get together it is extremely chased and doesn't feel as longing/intense as it should, imo. The actors have done an amazing job, but I feel like they didn't quite get there with this aspect.

The writers have pulled the 24episode Cdrama troupe of "one year later"...if you know, you know.

back when it was first airing, i saw a lot of people in love with this drama, but now i rarely hear from anyone…
The reason you aren't seeing us is because all the people hating it refuse to use spoiler tags, so every time we want to talk about it positively we are confronted with immature takes that ruin any good mood we had in the first place.

Can those who are going to be yucking everyone else's yum today, kindly put their negative thoughts in a spoiler tag? I don't want to have to scroll past essays filled with hate. Drop the show and move on, I promise you will feel much better.

Every time I go to see what the people complaining about the show are watching, to gauge what they think is good/enjoy, I go to their page and 'Wedding Impossible' isn't even listed. Half the time they don't even keep track of the shows they watch. Why are people not using the best feature of the app/website? The chaos.

Not the same director! F4 Thailand was directed by Patha Thongpan (lead director) and Athicha was a co director.…
Lead vs Co...doesn't matter...both projects struggle from the same issue and she worked on both. I got the pronoun wrong in my og comment. When there is a couple on screen that is supposed to be in love to the point of overcoming obstacles and it's like watching paint dry there is a problem with the overall production.

Title Queen of Tears Spoiler
Wondering what some motives are and some unanswered questions that or posed by the end of episode 8...tagged in…
So we know that Ms. Moh was imprisoned for adultery while pregnant with her son, Eun Seong. What we don't know is which married man she was having an affair with.
Is he still alive?
Is the married man Eun Seong's father, or someone else's?
When did Eun Seong find out she was his mother?

We know that she actually hates the Hong family.
Since when? Before or after prison?

We know that the Grandfather started the company and was once a poorer man who may have stepped on people to get to the top.
Was someone he stepped on to get there related to Ms. Moh in some way?

We know that both Eun Seong and Da Hye were at the orphanage that the Hong family sponsored. What we don't really know is when/where Grace came from.
Are Ms. Moh, Grace and Da Hye all just money motivated or do they have other reasons like Eun Seong seems to?
Is Eun Seong genuine in his feelings for Hae In?
Will we see more of their previous interactions when they were in their 20s like we've seen when they were children?

Da Hye was sent in by Grace to marry Soo Cheol.
Is Soo Cheol really Geon Woo's father?
Will Da Hye switch sides when she sees what leaving Soo Cheol has done to her son?

Exactly why was Hyun Woo's secretary so willing to give information to Eun Seong about Hyun Woo?

This show makes me actually interested in the different backstories and outcomes of what would by most, be considered side characters.

PS...for some reason I feel like Hae In's secretaries' husband is going to be a funny reveal. I don't know why, but for some reason I felt like it might be Hyun Woo's friend for a minute. Not even sure if we'll ever see this character outside of Queens group activities again, but just something I started speculating since the scene of her on her day off in her house.

I enjoy the speculation part of watching a drama as it airs. But sometimes people say some wild things that can…
I've had to eat a few humble pies when I was wrong about a character's true intentions, or where a story ended up.
There are some extremely predictable plots in romance or even "mystery" shows, but it's how the writers put their individual spin on things that makes the show truly worthwhile imo.
