almost through ep 4 and I finally understood the vibes of the show.... and it's enough for me to not watch another minute of the show, but now I'm invested in their survival and idk what to do....
Is it just me or is the bgm/sound engineering in this show a bit weird? Every time I think a scene is happy, they play something that sounds almost foreboding. Sometimes when there are normal conversations going on between two characters, out of nowhere there's the music that's usually played for when there are dramatic revelations... it's sometime off-putting.
I agree! I've seen less interesting shows (though subjective) with much higher ratings.
100% agree with whatever you said XD Might be because I haven't been on MDL for a couple of months, but I used to trust the community and filter my shows based on ratings haha... and I know a lot of people who do the same because with work and all, we just don't have the time to watch a 'not too well rated show', which is why ratings do kind of matter to some, if not a lot, of us. I agree it's a bit too much to judge the show based on the ratings, but it usually worked for me. However, as you pointed, noticed that lately that might not be the best filter anymore.
For being some of the most powerful people (throughout the show), SJ and LTY do get hurt a lot haha... not complaining tho since it makes for an interesting plot
