I’m on ep 4 rn and I want nothing more than to throw my laptop against the wall cause of how frustrated I feel 😩…. But I guess it’s a skill to make something so frustrating yet investing🥲
I should never have started watching this drama. I have never seen more bullying, lies and betrayal in any series.…
The first part of your comment was me complaining to my roommate ten minutes ago lmaooo.... she was the one who forced me to watch this. And when I asked her if it'll get any better, she went- 'It'll get worse, and then better, and then worse, and then better,' and I had the Pikachu face on but I shall trust you and her and continue XD
Why people like Vegas? He is fascinating, he has the devil-may-care attitude. It certainly doesn't help anyone…
I haven't read the book (mostly cause I couldn't find a decent translation😭 so please let me know if you have one) but yesss I admit that I obviously don't know about Vegas the way you do, so I am waiting for the redemption arc :)
And yesss! Exactly. His actions are inexcusable. I know the circumstances Kinn was in, but it should have never happened in the first place. But since it already did, there was a way to 'resolve' it and ep 5 did not go well in that way... And I know the rules Kinn broke for Porsche and it was a pleasure to see Kinn go out of his way to talk to Porsche... but that doesn't dissolve what had taken place. Anyway... this is debatable for like... forever... XD So let's leave it at - HAPPY WATCHING!!! Despite everything I questioned so far (I did so because it was really getting to me), I genuinely care for this show and I really enjoy it so far, so I hope you have a good time watching as well!
Ahhhh that's the contradiction this show has put me in XDXDXDXD
But that's also me compromising haha... if I went by my morals, I should still be mad at Kinn, but if I had to find a loophole to forgive him as a viewer, then. his apology was the biggest and most visible loophole ever cause it was done really well :)

Well that does give some depth to Vegas... definitely. But fascination is different from 'like', and I see a lot 'liking' him. In fact, I am fascinated too, to see how he'll redeem himself and how his character will develop hereon. But he's also someone who can get away with what he does (just like Kinn in a way) and he'll have to do a heck of a lot to have me like him (which isn't his job of course XD).
And I do agree with the fact that everyone is entitled to forgiveness, but it also depends on their actions afterwards. Maybe (and I say maybe because there is probably no 'right' way to do it) Kinn should have not acted the way he did after sleeping with Porsche. Or maybe he should have cleared the situation up. This doesn't seem as serious because Porsche likes Kinn, but if he didn't, then it would have been a bit messed up, don't you think? (But let's not go there since we are following a storyline here...). And I'm grateful to not have you attack me for stating my opinions haha... I thought thrice before I posted what I wrote XD
And yesssss time to go rewatch the entire episode :')
First of all, Vegas..... I don't understand why ppl like him except for his looks... his character so far has been nothing but perverse, arrogant, and deceptive. I want him nowhere near Pete. Second of all, Kinn has no right to ask for forgiveness, and Porsche has no obligation to forgive him either, but since he already did, this leads to my third point,
HOLY FUCKING HELL THIS EPISODE WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! It was an episode that portrayed survival, vulnerability, and romance at their best. I am glad they dedicated the entire freaking episode to just Kinn and Porsche. This episode did wonders to build their relationship and even the pacing. And the music.... it was gorgeous. Chemistry, insane. And Kinn's pain and dreams that would never come to reality, and his emotions when he thought he let go of Porsche... everything made the experience of watching this episode so amazing. I can finally say I am proud of this show and that it was worth the wait. I just hope this pace and portrayal of emotions continues throughout the rest of the show.
Watched Beyond Evil thinking he was in his late twenties/early thirties, but no. HE'S LITERALLY ONLY THREE YEARS…
I've known him (through screen obviously) since when Hwayi came out and dare I say, he only get's better and better. And Hwayi came out when he was 14 and if you watched that movie, you would only wonder if a person could ever act better than that and he proves me wrong every time.
I haven't watched all of his shows, but the ones I did, even the ones with the lowest of ratings, he acts his best in them. I just finished the Crowned Clown and I HAD to make my way here again to pay my respects :')
Wow. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I ended up loving this drama. Any suggestions on what to watch next…
I haven't started this drama yet, but I just finished watching the Crowned Clown and it was a pleasure to watch. Very beautiful and meaningful. So I would recommend that if you haven't watched it yet.
Is Porsche sad because Kinn had sex with him when he was drugged? That he didn't have control over it and it wasn't…
Gosh you have no idea how happy I am to finally find a comment that's actually trying to interpret the feelings... very few are talking about this ahh As you said, I do feel like Porsche is sad over not being in control when everything happened, and I also think that he's figuring out his sexuality because it probably hit him all at once that he actually enjoyed it with Kinn. And then, rather than talking to him nicely, Kinn brings in a one-night stand, and that probably disturbed Porsche even more...? I wish this gets resolved soon... but gotta say Kinn was a total ass about everything that happened.
ohmygosh ohmygosh ohmygosh I'm half way into ep 5 and is it just me or did the direction and editing get like 500 times better sjhgsjhjkshjh ... I'm not complaining at all
This drama regrettably leaves us with many unanswered questions by the end of the last episode. Too many plot holes and too much craziness that probably can't be fixed. Ever.
But the show's beauty lies in the fact that none of the above bothered me by the end of it. I genuinely enjoyed the glitch this show put me through and the heartstrings it managed to pull in me. The darkness of the plot is tamed by the sweetness of the relationships in it, and I can watch the actors play their roles so well all day. Probably not all will find this show to be sane or worthy of a serious watch, but if you are missing this, you might as well have lost a chance to learn the meaning of true magic.
