Your impression of Kazoku game is very close to mine, so though I agreed that the extreme measures he took to change the kids and eventually the whole family (sometimes vise versa) we indeed effective, there's no doubt they were way too cruel for a resonable mind to accept.
It's just a fictional drama so we tend to accept ad swallow stuff that don't make much sense, so though the plot itself might have been a bit outrageous the drama as a whole was simply spectacular.

As for Arashi, when i was in Japan it was so easy to watch all of their shows (not dramas) on TV so when I was back home it felt so frustrating to not e able to enjoy them all the same way, I loved their shows more than theor dramas or movies and sometimes even music ~_^*

I'm so glad to be able to talk about arashi in such a while
P.S. MDL comments' allowed number of characters seem more before you start to write one :-)

I totally agree with you. Sometimes I end up enjoying the OST of a drama (both vocals and instrumentals) more than the show itself. Example is Bad Guy and Baker King Kim Tak Go.
I also loved many of the instrumentals in Nice Guy and King2Hearts, and that piece from Flower Boy next door was my favorite too!! I have three pieces from Gaksital on my iPhone and always playing them, Gaksital, Destiny & I'm right beside you.
Other than the dramas you gave I enjoyed Rooftop Prince's OST a lot, and many of the instrumentals in there were on my iPhone for a long time.
But by far the Korean OST that had the most spectacular instrumentals was The Moon Embracing the Sun! I guessed you hadn't watched it when I didn't find it on your list here ;-)

Wow what a coincidence.
You can never know what's best for you, besides you can always pursue your wish to learn Korean else where though I admit Alsun is right now the best place in Egypt that teaches Korean, but I hope that will change in the future isA. It's just a newly introduced language so it only needs time.
So your first was BOF? my first J-Dorama was Hana Yori Dango!! More similarities ^^
But unfortunately I have to admit I didn't like the Korean version AT ALL, might be coz I'd already watched the original Japanese drama, but I believe that the main reasons is different. Anyway, I notice you have a good choice in dramas from your page ;-)

Hi Kate
First thanks a lot for accepting my friendship.
In fact the main reason I added you was Arashi!!
I myself was a HUGE Arashi fan, I was so in love with them it felt like an addiction that can never be cured.
It started during my year studying in Japan in my third year in college, I was watching all (and I mean ALL) of their shows without missing one, and I was following all of their news maniacally without fail.
But for some reason after I graduated my addiction somehow got cured! I can never say that I don't love Arashi anymore, I really do, but it just might be because I stopped watching their shows that I somehow found myself no longer in the circle that caused me to be crazy over them
I know I'm making this long, but more than their music and each member individually I loved Arashi as a whole "one unit", their friendship is one you can not find in any other Johnny's group.

Title Good Doctor
looking forward to this drama a lot, it's not just about the marvelous choice of the leads, the story itself is one that I can't help but get attracted to. For some reason I'm sure Joo Won will do a great job expressing an innocent autistic character, and to add to the fact that he's mentally a 10 year old that he's a pediatric who deals with young patients, this makes it all the more interesting.

Haven't watched Yamapi's latest dramas with the last I watched being Buzzer Beat, but because I really felt his acting skills have matured to a certain extent in BB I thought he might have finally decided to master some acting instead of relying solely on his looks and popularity.
As for Summer Nude (strange title btw) I hope there's a side plot besides the love triangle coz I find pure romance to be a bit boring, and I hope Toda Erika's character in not the nasty clinging one-sided-love bad loser that keeps scheming plans to win the poor male lead's heart, the synopsis doesn't necessarily suggest so but I have a bad feeling about this, hope I'm wrong though :D
Will definitely give it a try but only when it's finished airing at around 16/9 hehehehehe

This show's definitely a must watch, to both JDorama fans and not so into Jdorama viewers ;-)
Very interesting plot with a lot of ups and downs and question marks, eccentric characters you can never be bored, GREAT acting from all of the main leads especially Sakurai Sho (thumbs up)
If you enjoyed it, then you might like "Kaseifu no Mita", I kind of sensed some similarities, both being family dramas (and both malfunctioning families at that) with the mysterious stranger who gets involved in the families business, both to negative and positive results.

Thank you for accepting my request.

I noticed similarities between both of our asian media history :D I also started my addiction with anime and J-Doramas and then later developed an addiction to K-Dramas.
You also seem to enjoy RomComs ;-)

Hi Skye-N-Rain, I have a question that I'm not really sure were I should be posting it;
I notice that the posting text box on the home page that says "share what's new" has a sign under it that says "private"....does that mean that what I post can only be viewed by me?
If so what can I do to change the posting settings to friends?
If it's got nothing to do with it, then I'm really sorry I Have bothered you with a meaningless question :S
Thanks in advance

Is it only me, or did anyone else notice that K-Dramas have the tendency to follow a certain plot trend, like when one drama with time-slip plot makes it big, comes out at least another 4 shows with a similar idea. Also girls posing as men (to the extent they make adaptations of other countries' dramas just to follow the trend)
I guess now the trend's "seeing Ghosts" and "hearing people's thoughts" i.e. ESPs, don't you think?
Well, it might seem like I'm complaining but it's only just a little comment, I have to admit Korean script writers definitely have more wit than Japanese ones, Korean Fantasy Dramas are taebak!!

Hahahahaha I can understand that just too well.
I can't stop adding stuff to my to watch list, sometimes it's the plot tor cast, sometimes high reviews or viewer ratings, sometimes they're old dramas with awards....I just keep wondering when on earth will I find all that time to watch all of them. Adding stuff and not watching them eventually is a bad habit I need to get rid of.

Why do they always give Kim Nam-gil the same type of character, I wonder? I mean I haven't watched this one but the background similarities his character in this one has with his character in bad guy are a bit hard to not notice!
This is one drama I don't feel the least like watching :)))

Highly interesting story!! And i'm particularly a fan of dramas plots with legal/criminal investigations. Might be giving this one a try but i'd better wait till the show isn't airing any more to watch
