It's still a really good one though, highly recommend. So far with the things are going, it might become a favorite

I didn't see the tag, I get that now but I still don't understand why he has to be so happy, their has to be a specific reason, no? And the part where her mother doesn't seem to like her hasn't really been made humorous, so I don't think it fits under black comedy
And the him wishing for her death isn't the main reason it's not as good as I expected

I feel like I'm watching a historical drama, cause of all the politics and mostly because of the hunting scene, because that's where attempted murder always happens. What's that lady's deal? I bet she's working for the chairman's girlfriend. Honestly, it's not as good as I expected, why did they have to make the ML so happy about her death, they once loved each other for goodness sake! He shouldn't be sad about the chances of her survival, if worse comes to worse he could just divorce her at the end of the 3 months if she's still alive he shouldn't be wishing for her death. And don't get me started on her horrible family, including the mom. What could they have possibly gone through for her not to care about her daughter. BUT I'm still enjoying it and I'll continue watching as long as they don't completely screw up the plot

I also feel she kinda knows but would she go as far as emotional blackmail? I hope not. I was thinking perharps there might be some misunderstanding at the hospital
