I do appreciate what you are saying. I feel in this case they have not proceed in a straight way. You know in China is where the money is, but BLs are forbidden there. I feel that the producer wanted "to win" in all fields, like wanted the Chinese audiences (and deals) while producing an international BL for an International audience. However, the international audiences have been very much ignored. A proof is that they never translated a single line of the bts, the lives etc.

Do you remember a Japanese BL called Cherry Magic. The actor had a clause of not kissing. It was not widely discussed but this info normally filter. LPE is a mainstream secondary actor in Top level productions. I don't need to read the contract to understand why he is not kissing.

The writers explained there is not such a scene in the narrative. Yet, they have the opportunity to make it more loving in the series (SSW/GT) and they did not. I would have really like that the producers would have made their story less dry in the live series.
