No not even close they both have been longtime friends for many years other than being co-stars they are more like family brotherly & sisterly type of vibe he is very cordial, a gentleman, attentive, sweet, caring, generous, kind-hearted towards everyone he encounters whether they are guys/girls no matter who they are especially towards kids, teenagers, adults, the cast, the production team, his staff & his fans overall he treats everyone around him w/ sincerity 💞
Even tho this is their second time working together again from the genre & tags it looks like there is no romance more of a serious type of role for both leads which is mostly focused on medical, drama, life, illness/inflectious disease.

Nothing is confirmed yet when u see a 🍉 on the post it means rumors can change constantly the network only makes the official announcements regarding the leads
Yes it does I remember there are times where certain dramas wouldn't pass censorship so we still had to wait for updates to get it certified & even if it did get a pass we still had to wait even longer for the network to make arrangements for the airing date that's why I never keep my hopes up until they actually post the announcements online
The plot is intriguing, i hope they can air it in December 😭
It's not that simple in China they are very strict w/ their rules/laws regulations editing takes at least a year to do even if passes censorship & gets a distribution license the network won't air it right away since they have to broadcast other dramas too. They have to plan an investment promotion event for the cast & figure out a monthly time slot whenever they decide to air it. We have no choice but to be patient.
Rumors can change constantly it mostly depends the network they ONLY make the official announcements regarding the broadcast date so we'll have no choice but to wait patiently
