I've finished reading the novel it's very addicting btw but I will say as much as I wish Song Zuer to take the role of Shen Miao since she fits the description of her it's nearly impossible considering she is busy & booked for 2025 & 2026 as soon as she is done w/ her historical drama she immediately has to film her republican drama afterwards so I don't think she will take this role sadly 🫤

I do agree they have amazing chemistry together but Zhou Ye's schedule is booked & busy she is still filming Red Dance Shoes at the moment she will not be able to take the role. Maybe on another project in the near future when they get a good script the timing has to be right for the both of them.

I know it's been rumored for a while now I usually just wait for the official announcement I, myself would prefer to believe it when the network or their studios confirm it instead of just me just relying on rumors almost everytime since we do somewhat get disappointed when it doesn't happen in the end or when it changes constantly but that's just my opinion 🫤 Of course I agree w/ u about wanting to see them in xianxia again :)

Not yet we'll see if they will actually take the role hopefully they do if not then it is what it is but I really DO want to see them collaborate together since this is a new unexpected pairing for us "fans" to the point of wanting to see their chemistry🤞
My guess is about 5 months so they will probably wrap up between January/February 2026. As for the Palace Stewardess, rumors can change constantly so we don't know if she will actually take the role or not but we'll see what happens all we can do is wait until after she finishes filming.
