It’s just me…at various serious moments, the overuse of funny BGM / sounds is a little jarring and distracting to me. I tends to be disconnected from the plot time to time. I do hope the background sound effects can be used minimally😓.

Wow…epic first ep. Beautiful world building scenes, beautiful costume. So if Ming Xian didn’t seek revenge, she would have happily live as a fairy?? But she has to live, so her life is entangled with Ji Bo Jai. I like the male face disguise of Ming Xian😍, handsome actor too! Actually this show has a lot of pretty faces;), what an eye feast!
The story is set in a competitive world of spiritual world, so I expect massive use of CGI, hope it keeps to the quality.

Hopefully this doesn’t become a typical mis-understanding trope between them.😅
