I felt the same on why was she so hostile? She confessed previous ep., then yes she left him to get punished and one year later, she behaves this way, I don’t understand her characterization anymore. lol.
Think the next few ep will be ML again destructive mode but this time to rescue her. He is a extremely resilience, one moment almost dying, next moment recovered fully.
