Agreed with you. It would be over much sooner, however some characters are rather inconsistent in their action and behaviour…and definitely plot holes everywhere.😓

XHA sure got his revenge, psychological manipulation. Now he has to face the ‘big bad’.

This was a tough one for me, 2025 has a couple of drama that surprises me. But my final verdict will be the first XianXia I watched for 2025, “The Blossoming Love”, it was Sun ZhenNi first FL’s role, I am never a fan of that ML’s acting. However that drama, the story and acting was beyond my expectation. The plot is not uncommon but I like how it was done and I discovered Wang Duo, the grey villain that also holds his role well;).

This is a literal case of “鹬蚌相争，渔翁得利”. XHA is so busy with plotting to kill YHS, he wouldn’t see this coming and as YHS said XHA biggest weakness is that he is too fixated on revenge and missing crucial background happening. So we have the final arc, the next 8 ep on how is XHA going to save Chang An. No dull moments.

Yup, WYL really can act, huge potential and such versatility in her acting range. But sadly she won’t gain much popularity because she is not the pretty lady type😓.

That will be a good choice to pick too🤩.

So far the drama seems to remove the prosthetic leg plotline. It only shows that he has severe injury on his legs and needed a long period of time to rehab and then able to walk properly.

Always only thought vultures do that…is that type of birds even real?😅

For me, it was Tweleve letters and Reborn…these two dramas have very strong emotional scenes and moments.
Honorary mentioned, the character, Tang LiCi in SLY/Whisper of Faith made me very emotional too;)

It’s pretty fun;) although by ep 10, because of its short form length, we haven’t even solve one case😅. But I love the aesthetic;), seems rather high quality. The fight scenes were good as usual, LLF never fails to deliver his strokes.
