Thank you for enforcing this point. The dream arc is very essential for the whole story. And although it feels a typical story. MY is really a noble God and have always been doing things for the greater good of human kind, very underrated. And his story with SJ is really a tragic. It happened for a purpose for TTJ, YXW, XL and YBC.

MY really loves SJ, his fault was that he never confessed his love early and too trusting to TH.

500yrs ago when Demon lord appeared (with TTJ’s face) because he is already a fully developed demon, no more TTJ. So he is doing what he has to do that gets in his way. He killed and destroyed and yes murder but because he is evil. In the dream arc, Tian Huan is a goddess or heavenly being yet her act is immoral. Out of jealousy of SJ and TH was merciless, schemes, manipulate and plot. You can say in the dream arc, YBC’s deeper secret or her dark side is fully played out as TH. So without the evil bone, TH is evil in nature, unforgivable.
Hence the whole journey of LSS is to stop the demon lord from developing which is still in TTJ mortal state.

Done with ep 38, nicely wrapped up. Love how both ML and FL causally raised the topic of marriage, in a matter of fact way, “let’s get married”. No need major proposal scene or special arrangement. It is realistic in that way when two people are in love and when they journey to a phase where getting married is just part of it, a no big deal.

A few major points that I love about this drama are that it’s very realistic and down to earth. Two people falling in love, age is not a barrier, instead is how the two person learning to be together, support each other wholeheartedly and respect each others’ needs, strengths and weakness.
The backdrop of an athlete’s life and journey also requires lots of perseverance and resilience to overcome. It’s a good journey.

Reaching ep 36/37. Love how SSC is mature and his way of consoling and supporting LYA is so sweet esp helping to take care of her father. So cute how SSC cried because he can’t bear to leave LYA.
