I feel totally the same, and all the way in this drama she is not even one bit ruthless (compare to other dramas I watched recently). She knows the emperor will do bugger all & shielding her family murderer.

Yes you will get a HE and this show definitely has high rewatch value, unlike Unveil Jadewind - not sure what’s wrong with that show, I usually like BaiLu.

Yup been rewatching it over a dozen times and never gets bored. The other one that is great & memorable is The Vendetta of An. But Fated Hearts still no 1.

It because if you just watched The Vendetta of An and Glory where their leads are super sharp, strategic & cold face, you will find this show esp the FL is not up to their levels of scheming / intellect, eg after being married for 3 Years & working where she is, she still paste her eager childish emotion right in front of newly met stranger (drooling on an anatomy book). Her brother is even a bigger fool. So like me, I find this show is a big cringe.

Best show of the year, I rewatch it over 10x
