Im not arguing, in an ideal world, China could still make them and do a great job. But if some stupid dictators want to be dark and hateful, I'm happy that they at least know that they'll loose money and glory because of it and that it will all go to their nemesis Taiwan. Ouch!

Now that Taiwan, Thailand and Hong Kong are taking over more Chinese adaptations, I'll bet some media CEOs are fuming at all that money lost. All the missed opportunities. When you think about it, most of the big name male idols have had their breakthrough because of BLs. That's all gone now.

Or that stupid government decides to have the top brass of all the companies executed. They've done similarly things before.

And to think that other BLs have been collecting dust for five years...
I think accidentally on purpose is the only way to go now.

Haven't seen Money Heist but this one is good. A wild, illogical ride if you don't care about it not being realistic.

So what about the other BL they took off air after two hours? No Blackpink there. And what about all the BLs waiting for approval for years and not getting it? immortality, Winner Is King, Guardians Of The Lands - the list is endless. It's all because the CCP has decided that being gay isn't patriotic enough or something...

That's true, I trust her more than a lot of other writers. But I think for the majority it's because of Bible.

Me: people are so enthusiastic with no story, just because of the cast?
Also me: putting this on my PTW with no plot because of the cast...

I don't know how to rate this. The story and acting are 100% but they deliberately went for the darker, indie films aesthetic. It's powerful in it's own way and suits the story, but I really dislike this kind of cinematography.

Probably just a celebration of the one year anniversary. Don't get your hopes up. If photos and tweets were really a clue, all the cancelled BLs would have aired 1000 times by now.
