Honestly, it wouldn't have needed lots of tension between the couple if that happened. I think holding hands would have already given more chemistry than the current situation of the drama.
Anyone noticed this isn't on the frontpage of MDL? It's because the air date is wrong. It doesn't have a cooldown and stuff making it look like it still hasn't aired. This way it won't get recognition.
It feels like Joo Hyuk is an evil second lead who stole those written letters. Studied them and will get lose to Suzy. As if Suzy will date him and Seon Ho, the ML, becomes friends with Suzy. Then Suzy finds out that Joo Hyuk lied and she ends up with Seon Ho.
No honestly honestly I hope they stop portraying Seon Ho as the hero who does everything for Suzy in the background because this is giving me SLS.
Me: omg Nana and Min ki. Me: checking screenwriter's work. Me: realising all his work is under 8 expect fated to love you. Me: realising fated to love you is a remake of Taiwanese drama, so the rating shouldn't count since its not original work. Me: realising that actually all his work is under 8. Me: trauma flashback to Record Of Youth screenwriter. Me: checking his last drama. Me: realising it's Lonely Enough to Love. Me: rising blood pressure.
I don't want my Seon Ho to end up as a SL who will never get the FL and hurt. But then again, I can't ship him with Han Na because she plays a brat in the drama (as always...). Instead, randomly put Nana in the drama cus then we talking :)
I agree, I think people just look down on idol actors unfortunately :( I hope people realise that some are actually…
It's still unfair. He is a famous singer, he got an advantage even when he is a bad actor while soo many rookie's who are so good at acting are stuck at support cast, web drama's or nothing.
The comments are bad, but the drama still has one of the highest rating in SK in 2020 and was ranked 4th worldwide…
And what is that based on? I mean I can watch an episode or two and drop it, does it still count? Where do they get the info from anyways lol. Also as far as I know, it still didn't air in European, South American and African countries on Netlix. Mostly Asian countries so "worldwide" is a little too extended.
Description fools you. Even trailers fool you. You expect something more refreshing but get same old cliches and…
Well, I agree with the filter part. It was unnecessary, and it would have looked more beautiful without it. I want to see the true colors of the surroundings, faces, and not hidden with a filter that makes everything too bright. My eyes started to hurt.
What I like about episode 1: - The grandma, I remember her from Hotel King. She was badass there. - The fact that Suzy & Joo Hyuk will become poor partners and end up being successful, showing her sister that you can become successful without "stepdad" money. - FL is not a crying girl. Honestly, can you imagine Suzy as a crybaby character? I can't. Glad they didn't do that.
What I dislike: - The filter. Come on. It was not necessary. It would have looked more beautiful without it. - Too much story about Seon Ho. We already struggle with him being second lead, but this kind of gave us SL syndrome already. It felt like he is the guy who will end up with Suzy, because they had a childhood past... and you know what happends to childhood drama's who meet each other again...
However, if you watch the preview of episode 2, they will start showing the story of Joo Hyuk.
She never dated Lee Soo, she didn't see him for many years but never forgot him just because she had a crush on him? In American shows they forgot their ex and move on, dating new people. That's the reality of what we live in. In kdrama world, these FL's are royal, can never date other men just because of that crush & if she doesn't end up together with him, she will die alone, thinking about that crush until her last breath. Please... just move on, let Joon Soo become your endgame partner, and stop thinking about Lee Soo.
