I can't put my finger on it as he is not a bad actor and he is attractive, but I have never been able to connect with the ML's acting and his dramas. And I've watched them all. Hoping for the best

I had the same theory as it would explain why he was so willing and kind to her. Doesn't make sense for a sharp business man to easily accept a business proposal from a woman he barely knows. He knew in the previous life that her sister and husband had something going on.

That could be a more rational reason but I personally think it's still very silly as even the most commoner Korean men I know dress very well, especially compared to men in the UK or the US. I just find it bizarre that a young start-up owner would dress like his father (nothing fancy but at least suits that fit him)

Not true, in all modern romcom dramas men are dressed sharply (usually italian stype) especially the CEOs. It may not be your style, but it is a modern style (and realistically what you'd expect a wealthy CEO to wear). You must be watching those 100 episodes daily dramas. Please name one recent modern drama (not daily) with a handsome lead as badly dressed as the ML in this drama?

Yes exactly, the women are perfectly dressed the way I would expect wealthy women to (Chanel type of style). Even the house decor is very modern. And he is a young start-up CEO, it makes zero sense for him to be wearing loose suits and jeans.

I really can't get over the fact that the ML is dressed like a Boomer. There is literally no reason for this - this is not a 100 episodes drama, the rest of the styline and music is very modern and he is a young CEO. No one would dress liek he does. This really spoils some of the enjoyment as they made him look has been. Same for the makeup - couldn't they make him look less tired and more healthy. It's like they tried their hardest to make the ML look pathetic. The actor is actually good looking and well built in real life...does the director hate him?

It’s because she is dreaming but can sometimes smell the incense the Lord has been continuously burning for her since she fell into a coma. It seems that the smell is prompting her to wake up. I guess the bodyguard is the only one who can smell it because he is a complete figment of her imagination (doesn’t exist in real life) and is probably what keeps her from waking up (him continuously fighting on her behalf is probably a metaphor of her fighting not to wake up as it would mean facing reality).

He couldn’t protect her because she makes dumb decisions after another. He asked her to be patient and trust him to resolve the issue but she didn’t and tried to sort it her own way (a very naive way), hence the disaster that unfolded. She literally doesn’t think about the bigger picture and is just letting her grief influence her. Scarring the girl was incredibly stupid and risky, also very immature. The Lord had a plan to make them pay but she jeopardised it again. I don’t care if she doesn’t love him, but she shouldn’t be described as this innocent and brave woman deserving of a better man. Who on earth is better? Definitely not that silly bodyguard- also empty headed.

FL is an idiot, at this point I wouldn’t mind her dying. The Lord deserves much better. She is incredibly selfish and shortsighted.
