It says that he was too young to appreciate her worth but it doesn’t necessarily imply that he ends up loving her. It may be the overall description of what we, as a viewer see. No?

Because it’s a C drama and he is the ML. Very very rarely do you see a real commoner being a ML. They either have fake identities, hidden identities or some sort of exceptional gift.

You’re being weird, very weird. And borderline misogynistic. Nothing so far screams independent FL, quite the opposite actually. The FL is literally being used like a puppet by everyone, including the men. Did you miss the scene where ML’s gang is considered abducting her to get what they want.

They clearly said that the marriage choices were a direct consequence of how useless the men in the family are (including uncle). And the grievances the ML has are due to her evil Grandma, not her.


She had no say whatsoever and only fought back in order to protect her reputation or survive. Just drop the drama if you feel this is beneath you. Jeez…

Well, that sucks. Yes her life wasn’t easy but she literally ruined her friend’s reputation and life. This is literally the worst that could happen to a woman then. Her not having the best marital prospects doesn’t justify that. She wasn’t on the verge of dying or ruin. It’s shocking that you’d feel that way.

- Should we expect some nice romance between the leads if they follow the novel? What was the romance like in the novel?

It rarely happens to me as I can obviously differentiate fiction form reality but jeez…after the death (and gruesome details) of YML and all these attractive actors from this particular agency/network, I feel creeped out. Same for the victims of trafficking in HE. The sacrifice scenes they show are eerily reminiscent of what happens to them in reality.

I love the leads but the disturbing abuse/trafficking going on seems to be inspired by the dirty lifestyle of some of the entertainment execs. Can’t help but feel unsettled following the strange “disappearance” of some famous actors…pretty sure it’s not too far from reality
