Yes, I do believe that! But see, we don't know why he agreed to take Pete with him in that car alone when shooting the guards at the beginning, was it simply strategic planning or something else, because there is no advantage in taking Pete with him...
And Pete is not Kinn's bodyguard per se, for Vegas to play with him. He has been from the starting Tankhun's bodyguard... Vegas doesn't necessarily need to toy with Pete, until the spying begins in full force. AND biggest thing is he TEASES Pete! He doesn't do it with ANY of the other bodyguards, like he truly enjoys making Pete squirm and bring on that goofy smile, and atrocious lying!!
And while I might be under hallucinogenic influence of VP, a rational part of me still thinks he is kinda interested.... 🙃🙃🙃
Okay, Hear me out! I know I'm picking on the bare minimum because we only have got maybe ten bread crumbs so far. But I actually went and re-watched all the Vegas-Pete interactions so far...
And I have a doubt: Is Vegas actually flirting with Pete in a very, VERY subtle way??
Because: 1st interaction, Ep2: Vegas smiles at Porsche (and Pete), but neither can make out who he smiled at.
Ep 4: Vegas steps toward Pete, squeezes his shoulder then smiles, making Pete visibly a little confused (with Pete's signature dufus smile coming out), and then sits down at the table.
Ep 5: Vegas picks Porsche at the club while asking if THEY (both Pete and Porsche) are leaving, and then tells Pete he wants to show something to Porsche.
Ep 6: Vegas, literally caresses Pete's hand, when he takes the box of condoms, and so very gently, in a saccharine voice asks if he would like to share it with him, (how the f is that not outright flirting??!)
Ep 7: Throughout this episode, if we follow Vegas' eyes, we can see him stealing glances at Pete... And then, when he catches Pete in the hallway, he looks him up and down (like he is interested in what he is seeing) and puts his hand on Pete's neck, and so very gently guides him out of the hallway.
While, when I see Vegas looking at Porsche, I only see a Predator, looking at his prey. Vegas tries to lure him with a shiny new object, like the bike. He eyes him when Porsche is drunk like a leopard stalking his prey (cue the leopard print jacket), Even during the shootout together (where he is completely plastered on top of Porsche), it's almost like Vegas is showing off to Porsche how good of a shot he is at aiming and killing. And apart from this he barely interacts at all with any of the other bodyguards.
Also when Vegas kisses Porsche, there is almost NO EMOTION on his face, it's kind of even creepy. Compare this with all his interactions with Pete, Vegas' eyes are shining with something...
This brings me to my original question: is Vegas already unknowingly (even to him) slightly intrigued(/ perhaps attracted) towards Pete??
I literally cannot read either the Vegas Pete Side Story or their fanfiction, without actually seeing Bible and Build in those characters, in my mind...
They're just so perfect as Vegas Pete, my bubbles heart ❤️ ♥️ 💚 really, really wants to them act at least one more time together after KP is over...🤞🏼
That works too!! But this is mostly wishful thinking really, I'm honestly not expecting anything fancy from the VP storyline. Just my headcannon, something I would love to see, but pretty low on expectations!!
