𤣠wow resorting to personal attacks now are we? Questioning literacy? And age? Without providing any coherent logic. Good for you!! And yes I did mean literally instead of Actually. In literal sense. Not in the sense of actuality. Also by pointing towards a generality of preference doesn't indicate your so called "hive-mind".
And again I'm going to reiterate the original point which you seem to be ACTUALLY ( and let me use your preferred word) obtusely ignoring.
I am totally ok with creators changing things around as long as those things make sense.
And since I have watched KP, read reviews, it very much points in the direction a majority of viewers feeling the same way.
Edit: Assuming things about people is really just sad.

Of course, the audience (which is me in this case) is the one who gets to say whether they like the change or not!! Especially for commercial art like movies and dramas, that me/audience is paying to consume. And the critiquing also lies with the audience of whether they enjoy the change or not!!!
And absolutely I or anyone else can objectively critique "art"!!! And anyone else can also subjectively do it too. It's the choice of the individual person.
I don't think you understand that none of this is mutually exclusive, and neither is it contradictory..
Other than the fact that although the team of KP have/had the liberty to change around stuff, they messed up the changes they made. And it was something felt widely by the audience that they themselves, LITERALLY designated the series for.
Nobody would be complaining if the changes made sense.
The point is, again, make changes if you want while adapting something into a movie or a series but please make it good, (for your audience).

I am not contradicting myself by saying that it's okay to want to change (and actually change). However, at the same time, it's NOT okay if the change is objectively terrible!! I can both allow the change and critique that it was quite bad in the same span.
Like DO IT, but make it good and cohesive!
And yes KP was BAD in the end, cause the production team had the heart, but not the finesse to execute the plot points properly.
The hysteria was so high perhaps because it was one of a type of high voltage mafia BL at the time. Not that I support people going crazy and hating on others or personally attacking them for differences in opinion.
To anyone who still thinks A-kun did you-know-what on purpose.Watch the scene and pay attention. The camera, in…
Well, they did do KP dirty by making VP an afterthought regardless of how copy of/ inspired by/ based on novel/manga/manhwa is represented in a movie or series. It's okay to make changes, take directorial liberties, and interpret any way you want, but it's entirely incomprehensible how somebody could reduce an actual substantial and also genuinely interesting portion of the story into almost a secondary thought. If they wanted they could have entirely erased VP's arc instead of giving a compressed, fast-forwarded, half-baked, half-cooked story. (Not that this connects to One Room Angel anyway.)
"I know almost everyone is stuck on Boston treatment but actually letās talk about how no one really has a happy ending.
Ray/Sand: Sand didnāt choose Ray. I am not saying he doesnāt love him but he didnāt choose him between him and his ex, it wasn't until Ray and Mew came with receipts that Boeing tried to get between MewTop that Sand ended up staying with Ray. Actually, I saw nobody talking about it but Sand wanted the threesome. In my first watching, I thought he separated Boeing and Ray during their kiss because he couldnāt bear to see it but actually, he tried to add himself to the kiss but they didnāt notice him and thatās when he ended up butthurt. While I think we can agree that Ray will never accept a threesome, as he was looking away when Boeing and Sand were kissing and is way too possessive, the same canāt be said about Sand. I donāt think itās too much to say Ray would have gone to in the deep end if Sand had chosen Boeing. His wellness and stability seem to rely solely on Sand and thatās not good at all.
Top/Mew: I think we can all agree that the ācheatingā is going to be above Top head for the entirety of their relationship. I thought at first that their reconciliation was going to be based to the fact that Mew would acknowledge that they were not really together at the time but itās still a betrayal because they were getting to know each other and that it was Boston but no. I saw ForceBook saying that Top weakness is Mew and the one he will always be yielding to and I believe itās basically going to be their whole relationship. Their storyline reminded me of another pājojo production and its Friend zone the series and the relationship between Singto prachaya character and Nat Sakdatorn character and itās actually the same storyline. They are together and Natās character cheated in a one-night stand with Singtoās character friend played by Plustor. And actually, they are getting back together with Singtoās character blaming everything on Plustorās character. There is a second two and Singtoās character ends up sleeping with Plustorās character too and in the end, itās a sad ending for the couple. And the last scene where Mew is smiling at Mix's character who looks like he is interested in Mew and Top looks jealous is not a good sign and actually makes me believe Mew will be capable of cheating on Top. Gotta get a leg up where you can because that lil' celestial twink has been absolutely bulldozing through your life, baby.
