She thinks that he is in some sort of relationship with another woman. She needed to ask him about it rather than just rejecting him. They both need to communicate better. But this is what they do with shows like this they rely on miscommunication to stretch the plot.

Honestly, from the first episode, she didn’t seem all that smart to me when, during the conversation with a taxi driver, she assumes that the ML is a car salesman and then announces it in their school group chat. 🤪

Started watching this based on a review that I saw mentioning how the female lead was smart. First episode, a taxi driver, makes a comment asking if the ML’s employee sold cars, and FL automatically assumes that ML sells cars and announces it in their school group chat. That’s not a smart woman. 🤣

I’m still early in the series, but it was when they were sitting in that room and they were all supposed to know their lines already and it was the first time they’d ever been together. It was hard to tell who was supposed to be the acting coach and who was supposed to be the director in that room. But the two non-actors in that room were absolutely awful to Wan, and I thought it was completely ridiculous because he’s not an actor and they just expect him to come in and start acting without teaching him anything.

I thought it was pretty ridiculous that they just tossed Wan and the other rookie in that room where they didn’t even do a script read & they’re supposed to know their lines right away, that’s really fucking stupid. Not to mention he’s never acted before. So all the grief that those two, (I guess they’re supposed to be acting coaches), give him is just assholish. They don’t even try to teach him. They just treat him like shit. And I get the feeling that Nine isn’t as nice and sweet as he tries to seem.

Even to almost the end, it feels like Lin Chu Chu is still being a bitch. She spilled the FL news about that cartoonist wanting her to work with FL on purpose. She was such a meddling twat! Useless character.

She was supposed to be 22, had never dated, and grew up pretty sheltered. I didn’t think her character was out of the ordinary. 🤷‍♀️

I really disliked the addition of Lin Chu Chu. The ML literally never spoke about her in any context until his lawyer friend mentioned she was moving back. Even then, he wasn’t even excited to see her. Which tells you how high she ranked in his thoughts. So her persistence in trying to break them up was just nasty on Lin Chu Chu’s part. She was insufferable. He even said he only thought of her as his best friend, but even that is BS because they never even stayed in touch 🙄 And her just assuming he would marry her was some serious wishful thinking on her part too. Than man never gave her any sort of indication that he felt that way about ger. Ever. Her actions in regards to his marriage were gross and meddling to the point on lunacy.
From a story stand point, adding her was just the writers adding unnecessary drama.

See, Meng Ran made me so mad. He tried to invalidate FLs feelings for ML. Kept trying to woo her after she said she had feelings for ML. Yeah he finally stopped when they became official, but he went after her like he was trying to beat the ML at something. It was disgusting & I thought he was an absolute jerk.

I hated the lawyer boss who tried to tell FL that her feelings for ML could not be love. I seriously HATED that dude. Such an absolute tool. Trying to use the FLs naïveté against her for his own ego. She had enough issues without him trying to exploit them.

Actually, the cognizant zombie guy reminded me of the movie Warm Bodies…so it’s been done before.

Damn. That kiss. It was no chaste little peck, but it also wasn’t two people eating each other’s faces off. Well done.

Also, my original comment was just about people complaining about her, not being feminine enough. I said nothing about her sleeping around. Looks like someone has some issues with women…and it’s not me 🤣🤣🤣🤣

And the funny thing is my original comment was just on people complaining how she wasn’t feminine enough, which you somehow took to mean I was saying her sleeping around was totally fine. Project much? You are deliberately creating an issue where there wasn’t one in the first place. 🙄
