I am glad for the ML actor to have a successful ML role but the more I watch this drama, the less I like it. It…
This is actually getting better for me with every episode. it's a fantasy comedy drama so it will have "cartoonish" elements and feel. I agree with your comment about the plastic surgery of the Chairman's son, I found that very distracting but overall the actors are doing a very good job.
I loved everything about this show! The acting, directing, writing, visuals, OST. Everything. Real chemistry between the leads, some real comedy highlights and homage all the kdramas I've loved (and probably some I havent). Well done to everyone involved in the production. ❤️
Very average predictable Netflix film. The obsession with inserting English language into every show continues and is tiresome. The actors tried their best and Yoon Kyung-Ho as the old villain stole the show.
I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. It was well directed with a good sense of drama and tension. It was a bit too long and my attention started to drop at episode 18. The panel is nice and the guests were fabulous! Kim Min-Gue looked so good in ep5 and 6, he had to come back!
A large dollop of Taxi Driver, a dash of Mary Poppins and a sprinkle of To Sir with Love.Three episodes in...…
i would say a large dash of Study Group, particularly ep1. I couldn't really see the To Sir With Love reference aside from recalcitrant students, which are in most student dramas.
This is my kind of show. two episodes in and I am fully invested. Absolutely Fabulous! If you enjoy fashion then this show is a must. I'm watching it via Prime.
There's lots of love for the first 2 episodes but I'm finding it a bit slow and clichéd. Grandmother with dementia is starting to wear thin now. So far it's a mash-up of Reborn Rich and Branding in Seongsu. For a comedy, this has not had many laughs imo. I did enjoy the tongue in cheek reference to No Tail to Tell during the football signing sequence. I'm hoping it picks up.
