Ep 15: why is the villain kneeling outside, like chi is some kind of emperor from the Ming dynasty. Just waiting for the rain to start falling to complete the tableau.

Love & Destiny is my all-time favourite xianxia drama. The ml is played by none other than Chang Chen!!! And the fl is played by Ni Ni. She is great in it. This is drama with a more mature cast, so no pretty baby faced slim ml acting like a God of War here. As for the fl’s character, she is very innocent in the beginning but there is character development and she is never annoying. This is an epic love story so I would definitely recommend it!

Whenever I am disappointed in a xianxia, I rematch Love and Destiny! What a classic. Why didn’t you like TTOTM and LYF S2? I didn’t like the fl in the first and didn’t care for the end game couple in LYF s2, so I didn’t finish it.

Which ep does the sailing starts? lol

Li is also the one who blames or holds a grudge against the ml for his sister’a death. He makes absolutely no sense at all.

Unpopular opinion here: the ml has not made one boss move after 12 episodes. I did not sign up for this gentleman-like kumbaya father Theresa of a vampire… j/k or am I? lol
