Gonna catch a lot of hate for this comment. [spoilers] I dropped after episode 31. Not because something specific happened in that episode, i just had enough. I tried to finish it but, even with Dilraba in it, i couldn't. Maybe i missed something or maybe it's just me, but why did the drama wasted 10ish episodes in the Void? What happened in those eps that was crucial to the plot? Bunch of people nobody cared about died. The only thing is the Right Hand not being trustworthy, but they do the same thing again later with the other spirit on Earth so it was useless. Character development? Where? ML was already in love with her; FL was already falling in love with him on Earth; Right Hand was already angry against ML when they met on Earth (cause he called FL by name). The attack on the FL was boring. Even without all those episodes, the plot would still be the same. ML learning about FL's past should not have taken 10 episodes. Also also, imo they should have made the "lack" of senses of the spirit more evident in the Void. Wtf you mean there was a firework show in the Void. Anyway, music was very good, costumes also, plot not so much. Don't hate me.

I involuntarily started a war under my comment. When i wrote that Xi Wei carried this drama, i meant that it's because of her that i was able to finish watching it. Like i said, the ml was not bad, but if FL was someone else, idk if i would have finished this drama. I also didnt say that because she had more screen time than ML. I just like her more. If she had less screen time that ML, i would still said the same thing. Anyway, love you all, bye ❤️

yeah, i know, but it always annoys me. I would prefer them getting greedy over something (like the throne or a position of power) than the FL/ML. I just dont like them thinking it would work.
It's probably the first time I've seen the FL outsmart the ML like in this drama. Very good. Lots of minor plot twists that keep the story interesting. Two things i maybe missed regarding steward Cheng: was it him that leaked the location of Ms. Yang and the sister? Does the FL know that at the end. Also, does the FL know that he destroyed the letter from ML before going to the capital?
Dropped after half ep 28. It started so good and it became a mess in the end. I didnt even mind that much the memory loss arc, it was very romantic that she fell in love again. They started introducing the ML as a someone that kills everyone he wants. I can understand that FL doesn't like it so he kinda stopped doing it, but cmon. Unfortunately, this xianxia drama suffers from the same curse: power scale is a mess! ML was able to go against Sect Master and almost win even when injured. After getting the second flame not only he still can kill him easily, but somehow he's slower than him and cannot save FL. Even in the demon real arc he's supposed to be the strongest by a lot, but gets stopped by everyone. I get it that he's injured 90% of the time, but he should still be oneshotting everyone, expecially the injured Sect Master... Maybe i've missed a few thing while watching that can explain the problem i've found. Anyway, FL and music are amazing. ML was meh.
not bad. I just wish they would stop creating characters that, at the start, seems to be "good" and turn "evil" in the end because they are in love with the FL/ML. No, FL/ML will not love you if you kill the people they love or force them to marry you.

It's also so rare seeing Empress and Consort being so close to each other instead of the usual hatred. Loved it. It felt a bit weird that the best demon hunters in the region do not know if someone is a demon unless they show their demon form. Overall good. Xi Wei is amazing.
dropped after 24 eps. It's not bad, maybe not for me. It feels like unnecessary long. The ML that at the start seems to be cold and calculating, capable of killing someone if needed to save other lives, seems unable to stop (forever) even the smallest evil guy. We saw in the Bilou Tower that they are able to stop people with acupressure, so why not do that the grunts. Everyone can fly, jus not when it's actually needed. Maybe in the last 16 eps it gets better...
this is one of the WORST cdrama i've seen so far. It should have ended at episode 15 or something and maybe it would have been a decent one. This story was so stupid it made question if this was a parody of something. The only "decent" character is the ML that is not an idiot like the rest. I regret every second spent watching this show. I'm pretty sure the writer forgot his own story half way through, especially with the FL.
If you are thinking of watching this drama, do yourself a favour and skip it.
10/10 drama. One of the best i've seen in a long time. Romance was amazing and the story was so interesting. It was not the same story where the watcher finds out the truth from the start.
Is it just me or Ao Rui Peng look a lot like Dylan Wang? Maybe the smile.

dropped after the 9th episode. Romance was ok, but the world building i've seen so far is not for me. Everybody is a greedy pos that would destroy humanity to get more power and kill the MC that apparently is quite weak since he can be easily ambushed or controlled with demonic powers. He would be already dead if not for the female lead that saved him. How is he still alive. He was hyped to be strong as fuck in ep1 but it seems to be strong only with the mask on...
Might rewatch it some other time. Maybe it's not for me rn
