Rich costume can be the works of high resolution in editing to make it look rich. The cast is not considered A listers yet (both leads, and supporters, although good at what they do).
The extras, some look AI generated if you look closer at their facial features.
Scenery: again, if you know editing, you can’t say the scenery gives an indication of “a very comfortable budget”.
The budget here is not high, it doesn’t mean it’s very low either.
It’s doesn’t seem like a high budget drama, also, the editing is not well done, there’s discrepancies in transitioning, but the storyline and directing seems good so far.
