At first I refused to watch this drama because all of the guys on the cover were wearing track suites. Eventually I realized what a stupid reason that was not to watch what looked like a really great drama, so I watched it.
The story is complicated but easy to keep up with. The first five episodes of this drama are ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS! then it evens out into a more engaging story line with a lot of really funny parts, but less extreme on the humor. That's okay though because it's still entertaining and the plot really sucks you in.
The acting was good. I shouldn't really judge cause I cant tell the difference between good and bad acting unless it's REALLY obvious, so it must have been okay. The main girl and four main guys are really fun together. Like, so great that even I can tell ;)
Didn't really care for the music but they didn't play anything out of place.
I would (and probably will) re-watch the first five episodes any day and all day! But now that I know how the mystery ends I probably wont watch the whole thing over. That being said, I did finish this drama some three days ago, maybe in a month I'll have a sudden desperate need to watch the whole thing played out again. But probably not.
Over all as soon as I finished this drama I just sat stunned in my chair for a couple of minutes thinking "Wow. This was AMAZING!". I waited a few days before writing this review just to be sure it truly is that amazing.
Trust me, it is.

Warning: bitter sweet ending!
Side note: Don't worry, they lose the track suites eventually :)

Okay, first off I'd like to say that the synopsis is completely wrong. This is so not a melodrama, and they got the whole whom moves in with whom thing wrong. And it doesn't really explain the plot at all. What's up with that?
Second I'd like to say that I have in fact not seen the original Jdrama or read the manga and that although I will love Hwang Tae Kyung forever, Jang Guen Suks films are a 50/50 for me. Ya either love um or ya hate um. Some of them are kind of sloppy, but I have by no means seen all of them yet and so there is still hope.
Anyway, after firmly establishing that my opinion is not overly biased I should probably start describing the movie in question.
It is 100%, honest and truly, a romantic comedy. And it's a pretty good one.
The story is presented so quickly that sometimes it's hard to keep up, but it is still enjoyable and probably more so for it's quirky defects.
The acting is reasonable. The chemistry is about your average romantic comedy. No major sizzling here, but it's really sweet in a cute kind of way.
I can't remember the music, and I have seen this more than once...
This movie is sweet, fairly clean, light, and pretty funny. Like I said before I have watched this more than once, and I laugh ever single time.
Over all I really like this movie. It really stands out in the long list of romantic comedies that I have watched, and is one of the few that I can re-watch.

Warning: if you have seen the Jdrama then watch this with a really open mind.
Warning #2: There is one scene where I blushed and looked away, but that's just me. I'm pretty sure this thing might be rated PG. It doesn't even merit a 13.
Side note: I LOVED the totally random musical scene!

I watched this movie based off of a friends recommendation. I didn't read ANY of the reviews before blindly watching, so the emotional impact hit me HARD! I cried for 20 minutes AFTER the movie had finished. That is not including the time spent crying WHILE watching the movie.

8. The story is a bit confusing at first, and towards the middle you start to think it's going to be really simple, but there are some twists that get a little weird. Overall it's a well told story, but you can't help thinking of twenty different ways it could have played out.
9. You can really feel what the actors are trying to portray. All of them, not just the main characters.
7. The music really suits the movie but it's nothing I'll be looking for later.
9. I am currently watching this movie for the second time right now, but I don't think I'll be watching it again any time soon, so thats a 7 on the rewatch value.
10. Overall, this movie just kind of fell together in a beautiful way.

While admittedly I did cry a lot, this movie isn't all THAT sad. I just wasn't prepared for it, so don't let that stop you from watching.

This movie is sad, scary, and funny in a silly way. I'm not sure I could describe this movie in just one word. Bittersweet would be close, but the movie is lighter than that.

What did I like best about this movie? Chul Soo (Song Joong Ki), he is such a cute puppy! even when he is growling and stuffing his face with boiled potatoes!
