Even though her family helped the Fu family through their business marriage, XH's dad was already with his mom. Unfortunately, the company management she wants her son to have is not what he wants. Also, even as his mom, she has no right to tell the girlfriend to stay away from her son. She almost drowns her in Germany for what? Unfortunately, YC is too nice to ignore her as his mom. Sometimes, being soft-hearted is a terrible crime, especially in this situation.
